What does Blizzard have against level grinding like this? If players want to do it... let them? The game is arduous as is. No one wants to level the !@#$ty way Blizzard intended, it takes ages, and it's just as repetitive. Also- world scaling makes additional levels after a certain point redundant anyway aside from prestige. Weird choice. Actively killing their own game.Signed, Someone who only just made it to WT4 and has never used one of these level grinding methods.
An ARPG game where the player is punished if they decide to farm using the very core of ARPG philosophy. Oh Blizzard...
I really don't get farming a single dungeon like this over and over....Tried, couldn't. Very boring.
Option 1: Balance other dungeons and increase density across the board so players are satisfied as they are demanding more density, similar to this dungeon before the nerf.Option 2: Nerf the best XP farm so their "Average player can achieve level 100 within 150h of gameplay" and let most dungeons to be walking simulator over ARPGOption 2 is picked, obviously, to prolong the "gameplay" and never mention the level 100 will take 150h of gameplay again.
Blizzard is forgetting that they have 150 Dungeons.This is like the fourth dungeon they try to hotfix/balance.There will just be another dungeon in a few days thats like 1% better then all others will they keep nerfing them every time till it gives 0% xp?Really dont understand why they have to nerf them it wasn't even that great.
With every hotfix they do game is getting worse and worse. Good job Blizzard.
I kinda get that this was done to reduce the drops, but XP was just fine. Dunno what Blizz has against grinds like these, it wasn't anything gamebreaking at all, just convinient way to level without having to teleport around the whole map. On another note, leveling feels kinda empty and I know it is an ARPG, but maybe add something like Dungeon Finder in WoW? Would make the game feel a lot more alive.
This is getting insane, I've not really done the dungeon spam meta at all but how about they increase xp from other content like Nightmare dungeons instead or at least as well as?Seeing graphs etc of the xp required where above level 70-80 the line just starts going vertical is crazy to me when things give so little xp that people feel the need to find anything in the game that gives more than the scraps we're given.
So tired of this.
Why? Why ruin fun and those that got there earlier have already farmed it for like a week anyway so now people who didn't no life the game lose out.

they changed the slay all in every dungeon. Cultist Refuge that also got Slay all enemies stopped spawning new ones. Only 1 rare after slaying them all
yeah D4 just keeps on getting less and less fun by the hotfix. !@#$in blizzard always wanting to make the game boring
Just don't understand why any of this matters. the game's basically single player you hardly see anyone unless you're playing w/ friends. in which case who gives a fuq if you and your friends are farming xp?
