Do people still exist that put stock in professional game reviews?
Forbes gave it a 9/10, and Dexerto and VGC have given it a 5/5.These are some VERY promising early reviews, and the fact that the endgame's pretty unilaterally praised among these reviews thus far gives me a lot of hope, since that's what so many folks were worried about during the open betas.
GameSpot's negatives that dropped the game to an 8; 1. Lackluster bosses in regular dungeons. Okay fair enough that sounds like a good reason to drop the score.2. Graphics look bad when zooming way in during cutscenes. What? And exactly how much of the game time will I be spent zoomed way in on cutscenes? 1%? Probably less than 1%?
Holy !@#$ thats some insane positive reviews, and it can only get better with seasons/expansions.Good *!@#.
like you'd decide whether to play d4 or not based on reviews. This is one of the games that you'd play regardless and Blizzard knows it.
I am laughing at all the refunders claiming the game was bad.
Damn! I haven't preordered a game in 3–4 years... but I got D4 and Street Fighter 6 ready to go! Both are receiving very high praise.
everyone who play the beta can already tell u it will be a 10/10 game.haters gonna be mad
Too bad, the game looks like it has potential. Though it feels like Diablo 3, in a mmo wrapper.Fomo, cashgrab, exclusivity and snowflake culture is already burning through the exterior. There's already items made unobtainable for everyone who didn't play the BETA/Serverslam, and the game didn't even launch yet?The Game has p2w with extra steps: Potions for gold and XP, that can be instantly unlocked for IRL pay.You pay for the game, the cosmetics, the battlepass & the expansion sets to come. How many times are we gonna pay for the game?-And that's just before the endgame discussion, that looks to be another infinite system basic, designed to retain people and make money. The game might be good though I'm never find out, except for the BETA, I'm gonna save myself the stress and money.
I don't think people take stock in paid rags now days. The videos, however...Seemed to have been recorded a few weeks ago. They make comments that.. well.. isn't true per Blizzard.. One good example is that monsters level with you.. yes... to a cap of 50. Once you bump up in the paragon levels, you can wreck them!
