That is so unusual.
Tyr went out like a boss, not whimpering like some little *!@#$. Love it. The Old Gods try to tear you down mentally, get you to lose all hope and think all you care about when turn against you. That didn’t work on Tyr. Reminds me of when in Greek mythology Pandora’s box was opened and released all sorts of evil and chaos into the world of mortals but also released their greatest chance of enduring: hope.
Sooo are we waiting for next week or something for the rest? It feels so incomplete and shows 9/10
Travard also mentions if your a Paladin and acquired The Silver Hand about it "May yet yield power once again..."
Really wish they'd learn their lesson and stop dragging these chains out over the course of 1-2 months. These chains in reality are around 45 minutes of content, but they chop them into 3 minute segments and serve them to you over the course of 1-2 months. You end up forgetting most of the earlier parts of the story - or, like most people, you forget about it entirely and don't bother finishing it. I remember the days when you could just start a chain, quest and finish it in one sitting and enjoy the entire thing. Its like sitting down to watch the latest episode of your favourite TV show but, oop, you finished this 4 minute segment. See you in 2 weeks time for the next 4 minute segments. You'll find out what happens in the full episode in roughly 10 weeks from now. Ew. Just let me play the storyline.
Having played it before seeing this post (which is how you should do it) - It's alright. The campaign part didn't go 10/10 yet, and it felt a bit short, so definitely seems like we'll get another piece later to "foreshadow" the megadungo.
There are so many stories this expansion i cannot stay on top of them all! I haven't even finished questing through azure span and Thaldraszus, or the campaign in Zaralek or the titan door quest. I love they are putting so much work into this expansion but I hope I am not seeing the story out of sequence or anything with all of this stuff overlapping.
the amount of spelling errors in this article. yeesh.
I hate cliffhangers I agree with the above statement..Just give us the rest..he is coming back or not ..
Didn't Tyr's tomb like.. completely collapse in Legion during the Paladin questline? Also Tyr is kind of a pansy if one solo adventurer managed to kill Zakajz permanently. "Zakajz has been defeated again, but it is not permanent. Take up Strom'kar and deal the final true blow"
Personally, I wouldn't mind a new story quest every Tuesday for the rest of WoW's lifetime. It's not tied to player power so there's no 'TiMeGaTiNg' any more than tv shows timegate by having a weekly schedule. Sometimes episodes end of cliffhangers.More stuff like this. Don't test it in PTR, keep them secret like you're doing. What if next week was a questline based on the red dragonflight randomly? I would love that, kind of bouncing around between all the groups and peoples we've met. It helps break up the grind a bit.
Koranos' surprise at the possibility of Alexstrasza becoming corrupted in the future... interesting. Makes me instantly think of that whisper..."The vassal of life disguises treachery. Beware the eyes of green."And, no, I don't think it's related to green dragons.
Anyone else got the niggling sense that the final boss of the expansion might be Tyr?
Wow
