That is great! The darkmoon faire needs tidying up and livelier music, it is such a depressing place. The carousel music should play for the whole faire, and get rid of the caged animals or let them do something occasionally. I hate visiting it.
If they advertise the 9.2 with Darkmoon Fair minigame, we need to worry...
they should expand the island to add a haunted house ride or a hall of mirrors
Lidl dance studio
Darkmoon Faire is a nice place that gets too little credit, it provides an important change of pace while offering some neat collectibles and achievements along the way. As the article states, Darkmoon Faire seemed abandoned and little cared for which is understandable in terms of development priority, but finally we see a fitting addition. That said, I believe the end result of this new addition is woefully underwhelming, a "simon" like game with as much as 3 choices coupled with sequences of at most 5 prompts as a challenge is simply not acceptable as the end result of a concepting/design process.Especially since they display 5 different colors on the dance pad. I hope this was a premature report from wowhead and the feature is being developed by the devs still.Hell, they could have copy&pasted The Relics Emanation Quest from the Ogri'la faction in TBC and it would have been more appropriate.
i mean, it's great. looks cool agree. but uhmhow often do you guys will go there and dance? couple of times for achievements and experiencing the game and then, it's done.most of the wow players are goin to darkmoon faire for xp buff for their alts, or rep buff. darkmoon faire still can be a place where players want to wait every first week of month for something rewarding or smth to earn.maybe we have lots of new games too, which have their own rewards maybe some cosmetics or games can played with our friends, we all know playing wow with our friends have more fun compared to playing solo.i still say it's great movement for wow's current situation. but i think it'll end rapidly.
Oh that is cute. It is a bit slow paced compared to many games, it looks like, but still a bit more fun variety for my ticket grind!
we need some friday night here
DMF needs trial of style. I'd play it monthly. They should also add some sort of transmog collection benefit to participating in Trial of Style (maybe a reroll coin that costs 200 trial tokens and will guarantee an uncollected piece of transmog from any legacy loot boss in the game?)
Feels like the Ogril'la daily puzzle. They should reward it with new dancing emotes.
They should do some more work on the Garrisons.
Dance Dance Revolution meets World of Warcraft......
Yes dance for your tentacle overlords
This actually looks kinda cool, gotta admit - my memory for remembering things isn't that good so will be an interesting (and hopefully fun) new challenge!
the shoulder pads are crushing the face of the paladin when he is doing the chicken cluck :D
Simon minigame at Ogri'la is wayyy more better than this 'fun' minigame.
