(FIXED) Mythic Zskarn Bugged - Not Casting Unstable Embers in Patch 10.1.5

After Patch 10.1.5 launched, players have noticed that Mythic Zskarn is not casting Unstable Embers -- significantly decreasing the difficulty of the encounter.
This has now been fixed.
One of the main mechanics on Mythic Zskarn is
Braci Instabili
which deals high damage to 4 players but when the debuff expires, it fires a line towards them
Protocollo di Eliminazione
. Without
Braci Instabili
, there is also no
Protocollo di Eliminazione
which significantly reduces the throughput required to defeat the encounter. Realistically, the only unavoidable raid damage left on this encounter is

and Tank damage.
