definedly bug. if you look the lad you can see he has mage quest only reward wand for sale also wich simply, cant be.

This appears to be the lowest level green BoE wand with ramdomized stat bonuses. Meaning that once you hit level 36 you can get an Ember Wand of the Eagle and throw away that Banshee Rod of the sun that you've had since level 13. I'll be keeping an eye on the AH for one since my lock is level 33 atm.

i was indeed ninja looted. the damn warrior stole it in SM, and i was only caster, i was guaranted the drop. the #$%^& even had a full chain of the scarlet crusade already, but it just wasnt enough for the bastard

I love this wand! Probably the best one I can get for my level. Well, I'm not sure as there is this "mage's wand" that can be created by some sorcerer in Dustwallow Marsh...
Anyways, I recommend it.
