U get the hunk from The Beast in UBRS.

Here's how to get it:

1) Kill The Beast in UBRS
2) Be lucky enough that Finkle's Skinner (actually a dagger) drops, which gives you the +10 skinning you'll need for a L300 skinner to skin this mob
3) Using said dagger, skin away, and Finkle Einhorn will appear. He'll give you this long spiel about how he ended up trapped inside the belly of The Beast (take screenshots, read later - amusing story though), and give you a quest to take this item to a dude in Everlook

The dude you cash this quest in with will give you some quests to get some nice epic armor. It's only leather and cloth, so warriors and pallys, don't bother.

I got the Flesh, but nothing else, and I am not a skinner, is it any need for me to keep it?
I don't got the quest....

Nope, just kill The Beast and talk 2 the gnome. He give's you the Glowing Hunk of the Beast's Flesh.

or just skin the beast?

I believe it goes something like this:

- kill The Beast in UBRS with your raid group
- a gnome named Finkle Einhorn appears near the body when The Beast dies
- talk through Finkle's conversation and eventually you'll get a quest to take this hunk of The Beast's flesh to a Thorium Brotherhood dwarf in Everlook
- Finkle gives you the glowing hunk of flesh when you take the quest
- once you turn it in at Everlook, the dwarf gives you the chance to create some powerful equipment if you can get a Pristine Hide of the Beast, which can VERY rarely be skinned from The Beast in UBRS by a skinner with 310 skinning skill

That's what it's for.
