Receive Шар Соран'рука from Доан Кархан in South Barrens (49, 57) This will require you to loot 3x Фрагмент Соран'рука and 1x Большой фрагмент Соран'рука.
Фрагмент Соран'рука are dropped from Служитель из культа Сумеречного Молота inside Непроглядная Пучина
Большой фрагмент Соран'рука is dropped from Темный дух из крепости Темного Клыка inside Крепость Темного Клыка
Once you have looted these items. Return to Доан Кархан and turn the quest in.

Recieve the follow-up quest Изобилие слухов, this will ask you to find Сфера Дес, and Ветвь Алтека.
Сфера Дес can be found at the top of the Tower of the Ilgalar in Redridge Mountains. This will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Ветвь Алтека can be found at the top of the Tower of Althalaxx in Darkshore. Again, this will either require a group, or very particular pet management to lure the elite away while you loot.
Return to Доан Кархан in South Barrens (49, 57) once completed and turn the quest in.

Accept the follow-up quest Ритуал, This will require you to loot 10x Кровь Легиона.
Кровь Легиона Can be found by slaying Бичевательница Маннорока, Опаляющий инфернал, Страж Скверны, and Гончая Легиона at Felfire Canyon, South-East Ashenvale.
After obtaining the blood, locate the altar in Demon Fall Ridge south of Felfire Canyon. The altar is near the obelisk dedicated to Grommash Hellscream. You will click on this altar to begin a summoning ritual, waves of demons must be defeated while standing inside the summoning circle. (It is currently speculated that you must Похищение души on the waves of demons to trigger the next event).
After you complete the waves of demons, Таинственный путник will appear from the portal.

Receive Таинственный путник from Таинственный путник. This will require you to report back to Доан Кархан in South Barrens (49, 57).

Return to the Barrens and turn in the quest to receive the final step, Расзель Андер which will grant you Метаморфоза. Congratulations!
