If you find that the first (left most) circle of the "Memories contrornted" is bugged and will not complete, abandon the quest and get it again. That fixed it for me.

I can't finish this quest, "Memories Observed" are never observed, I see a bunch of people coming close and doing something, but nothing shows up to me. I think it is a special skill, but in my action bar, I have that legion follower as skill.

This really needs to be NOT faction specific! The horde keep bogarting the three "Memories Confronted" points, not allowing alliance characters to complete the quest!

The memories confronted point with the Amani trolls is not completable right now if you don't have a good, fast aoe as you apparently need to target and kill both trolls to get credit. I have been able to use a macro to kill one of them, but never the second. I've been here for half an hour now with zero luck.

Edit. I just stood there randomly spamming barrage on cooldown. I got lucky enough to tag both trolls and am finally done. Seriously Blizz. This is why group and faction tagging needs to die a speedy death. Please, please get rid of it.

Yes there is a special button that you have to click for the memories.

And for the memories confronted. Just spam an AOE.

For those confronted with a lot of players trying to kill the memories, they respawn 30 seconds after they are killed.
I used the stopwatch to time my AoE (Barrage) , started just before they should arrive, and had all three killed once I had the timing right after the first one.

Using a target dummy (like the turnip or the tuskarr) helps a lot with the faction tag.

Basically i read all the comments. found the first button to find the things came here looking for answers to confront memories. i personally turned my add-ons off.
This enabled me to see the incoming memories and let me attack took about five mins to complete instead of the previous 3/4 of an hr i'd already been trying to do.
TURN YOUR ADD - ONS OFF. IT WORKS...........))

The follower button blocks the quest button. Just click the button responsible for that action and it will complete the "Observe memory" objective.

How this still isn't fixed I don't know. Good luck getting this completed. Basic quest design.. absolute failure. Piss poor management.

For some reason, in this quest, Xe'ra uses the generic naaru model she had in 7.0, rather than her unique model from 7.3.

If you hearthed without the quest completed like I did bc of all the chaos and then decided to travel back manually but then you run into a black wall at the entrance of the quest area and can't understand how to get back in, where you went wrong in your life, etc... look on the ground to the right of the entrance, there's a blue-ish translocator/portal. :)

Near as I can figure, it never seems to occur to Blizzard that these quests will have a bunch of people doing them at once.

Yea disable all addons so u can see the follower button, idk which one was to blame, but at least the no decline button quest chain is over.

Note when you observe the memories, just click on the action button that appears.

So I killed 3 memories but only hit the memory button 2x, and no more memories are showing up :(

I finished 3/3 memories confronted in no time at all, along with 2/3 of memories observed. Nut for the third memory observed I have wasted about 8 hours , I don't remember how many time I dropped this "The Path Taken" and started again but I don't seem to get that elusive third memory observed.
Can someone help me here please!
