The quest opens up after crafting the Imbu Knot. Turn-in grants 250 Iskaara Tuskarr rep.

Edit: 250 rep for the first turn in, 25 after that.

Also, you must have the item in your inventory, not in the bank.

You can not see if you've already completed this quest by typing
/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(72787))
because the script code will always return the result false no matter how often you've turned in the quest within the week.

If you somehow lose track of your turn-ins, then simply keep the item until after the next weekly reset to be on the safe side.

You do not need to carry around gear items with you all the time. You can still turn in the quest while the item is in your bank.

The default "IsQuestFlaggedCompleted" script doesn't tell you if you have turned this in already this week (250 Iskaara Tuskarr rep for the first, 25 rep after).

Here is a macro which will track all Contribute Supplies weekly completions. This way you don't accidentally turn one in for 10% rep value!
