Even though you can do the Time Walking Dungeons, you cannot accept quest A Fel Path Through Time until you reach level 70

Unless you need the timewalking currency or achievements, just avoid this. Their ideas of "Rewards a piece of equipment for your loot specialization," and my interpretation of that are quite different. I received a Seal of Diurna's Chosen upon completing this quest, and, uh, I'm a boomie. We don't deal fire damage unless I go out and farm some other piece of equipment. Yes, it's a measure of sour grapes, but as a social player who tends to dislike instanced content, this doesn't motivate me to do it in the future.
