With no professions, you have the choice of Satchel of Ore, Algari Tailor's Satchel, and Algari Leatherworker's Satchel.
Satchel of Ore: 50 1* Bismuth, 30 1* Ironclaw Ore
Algari Tailor's Satchel: 30 1* Weavercloth, 10 1* Storm Dust, 8 Writhing Sample, 8 item=213613]
Algari Leatherworker's Satchel: 75 1* Stormcharged Leather, 20 Honed Bone Shards, 75 1* Gloom Chitin, 20 Kaheti Swarm Chitin

Your choice of additional reward satchels depends on the professions you have:
Alchemy can choose Satchel of Algari Herbs
Blacksmith: couldn't test (will edit in future)
Enchanting can choose Algari Enchanter's Satchel
Engineering can choose Algari Engineer's Satchel
Inscription can choose Satchel of Algari Herbs

All other professions just get the base choices.

Dual professions may get an additional choice.

Currently (during "early access") the best bang for your buck is choosing Algari Tailor's Satchel if you are going to try to sell the items.

At the time of writing, on EU, Enchanting bag is the best, worth ~5.6k, followed by herbs ~4.9k
Tailor's bag is mere 2.8k

So what when this quest isn't offered to you? I have both TWW professions learned and already skilled a bit, but Roldira gives no quest.

For those of you with a bunch of alts that is thinking of getting satchels on each and one of them, I checked the value on the server EU-Jaedenar today.

Algari Tailor's Satchel : 2092 gold
Satchel of Ore: 1950 gold
Satchel of Algari Herbs: 2205 gold
Algari Enchanter's Satchel: 3340 gold
Algari Leatherworker's Satchel. 2010 gold

Checked in on a more populated server as well but there were no huge differences in prices.

I think I may have figured out why this quest is not offered in some instances (presumed bug). In my case even Roldira the NPC who gives this quest was not visible at all in their expected location. What happened was that prior to entering Dornogal I both collected some herbs but also (and this is the part I think that makes a difference) gained some artisan's acuity via collecting and using those knowledge point items prior. So I believe that if you have already gathered artisan's acuity, you will not be eligible for this quest (and this would I think be a bug as missing out on the 350 artisan's acuity is a very big deal, just for having done some gathering/crafting before learning of it!)

Update: This may not be accurate. I returned to Dornogal (maybe most notably after leveling up to 71) and Roldira was present, as was the quest. I did submit a bug report, but why Roldira was absent the first time around is more unclear than ever... I wish I could be more helpful but maybe this will at least give hope to someone who has the same issue, that revisiting at a later time might just fix it.

For those who have alt armies and think they didn't receive their 350 Artisan's Acuity, check your bag for the satchel. I thought I lost my Acuity but it turns out I haven't opened it yet lmao.
