"Order of Night Propaganda" are outside/all over town, it could be postings on the wall or scrolls on table/floor.

I am having trouble after collecting all 8 pages, and listening to Anduin on the wall, Faerin is nowhere to be seen. despite there being a blue circle on the map, she is just sitting in the inn table. She said something about meeting up with someone about her arm, and I am next to that NPC. I cannot proceed to the next quest. I abandoned the quest twice, found pages again, and despite the (OPTIONAL) tag on meeting with Faerin, it seems to be stopping me from being able to turn in the quest. It has been like this for days. I literally cannot complete the Campaign because of this. Ive gotten level 80 before getting a fix....

I might be completely alone in this, but after I got the quest it seemed like I was stuck in the chair. Turns out that the "Exit" action button to stand up was hidden underneath one of my action bars. If you are also stuck, look in or under one of your action bars. Yes, I felt like an idiot when I found it! But you never know, someone else might run into the same issue so I thought I would share. If not to help them, to make the rest of you feel better that you found the stupid button without having to resort to Wowhead.

I found 3 different propaganda items:

"Steelstrike and her cronies teach you to be afraid of the dark. The dark is not your enemy, the dark is your friend! Embrace it, give yourself into it fully, and it will protect you. The harbinger has come, embrace her protection, before it is too late."
"Arathi, Your leaders lie to you, they sell you false hope. The say the light is the way, the Light is your salvation. Look at the state of Hallowfall! If that were true, would Beledar be turning to the void? Would the nerubians be attacking? The Order of Night has seen the truth, the Light is not the way. Open yourself to the void, embrace the Harbinger, and through her we will remake Hallowfall."

Description

Xal'atath is using the Order of Night to serve her whims. I overheard some of the Arathi complaining about a new wave of propaganda that has been put up around Mereldar. Find what you can and deliver it to General Steelstrike. I'll be there as soon as I can. We need to convince her of the severity of this threat.
