As of right now in the PTR this quest is bugged. Whenever you get into the vehicle you can't use the spells in its action bar unless you /reload. The same happens on Alliance side with the associated vehicle. Hope this is fixed before it goes live.

Still bugged as of Shadowlands pre-patch release.

You need to type /reload and then the quest is completable.

It is possible that this bug has something to do with addons though.

Bugged since PTR, Shadowlands beta and retail live lmao.

Solution: For use that skill named with "Re-Sizer Blast" u have to type /reload on chat and it will be fixed.

Description

I got the perfect plan. You're gonna ride the Choppy Booster Mk. 5 and BLAST those walkin' cadavers from the sky! I hereby dub the Re-Sizer the "Re-Deather." We're gonna show them where the undead belong! Er, except for OUR undead. They're totally fine. Anyway, hop on the Choppy Booster Mk. 5 and I'll pilot it. Once we save Shuja Grimaxe, we'll blast our way to all the other survivors!
