To complete this quest you need to Defeat Lysonia.
Talk with Disciple Kosmas to start the fight and defeat Lysonia.
When near dead, Lysonia will run away and you be able to turn in the quest.

If you happen to drop quest as I did, you have to reach the top by standing on a blue swirly thing on the ground. But you have to be out of combat and it will port you to the top.

Their fight has a Dragonball Z feel to it.

Allow me to explain.

Their fight is simular to where Gohan vs Cell in the final moments.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1. The Temple of Purity	Speak with Eridia 54 73.5
2. A Temple in Need	Aid 3 disciples in Temple of Purity. 1) 57 71.5 kill the mob 2) 58 75.5 click on mobs coming tru. 3) 60 73.5 defeat Acualite. return to Eridia 59.5 78
3. On the Edge of a Revelation	Pick up quest from Disciple Kosmas 56.5 74.5. Speak with 11 aspirants with wrong answers you will need to fight. return to Eridia 59.5 78
4. A Wayward Disciple?	Find Uther 60 69 then escort him.
5. Step Back From That Ledge, My Friend	Follow Eridia You will need to defeat waves of mobs. then speak with Eridia will be a movie
6. A Once Sweet Sound	Find and press on Vesper of Harmony 60.5 73.5 and Vesper of Purity 57.5 71.3 do this quest together with The Hand of Purification
7. The Hand of Purification	Kill the mobs to get to 100% then move to Eridia 61.2 74.5
8. Dangerous Discourse	Pick up quest from Eridia and collect 6 Dark Sermon is looks line scrols located before bridge.
9. The Enemy You Know	Follow Eridia to 63.6 72 and speak with Disciple Kosmas. You will fly use extra skill on Purity Vesper ( i was clicking right mouse with 1 xD )
10. The Hand of Doubt	First speak with Disciple Kosmas then defeat Lysonia ( just get her to 15% HP )
11. Purity's Prerogative	Speak with Vesiphone You will be taken to next location.

If you die during the event, there is a blue teleport pad below the platform you are trying to get to. The elites won't let you pass this time, so you will have to kill some of them (get this quest to help: An Inspired Moral Inventory). Run over the bridge, probably steer around the outside (fewer elites), and you will see the teleport pad at the top of the middle stairway to the top platform you can reach in this area.

I didn't run back as a ghost, so I can't confirm that you can use the teleport pad while a ghost. That would be much easier.

If you die, on your way back to your body as a ghost it will say "your soul feels light enough to fly" at that point you can hold down your space bar and fly back up to the platform.

<sigh> Another of those ohmigod-I'm-doomed quests where there is no way you can beat this guy, but just before your health hits zero he flies away.

If you do die, long, long run back and towards the end lets you fly cause platform you were on is floating way up in the sky.

If you're grouped, especially if you're lowbie being carried, note that you get phased out .. each of you need to do the fight yourselves.

You don’t have to defeat her all the way. Once she gets down to about 15% health she flew away

Hello all, since I found this quest frustrating, I've decided to come here to try to help some folks. If you happen to die during this quest, if you make it across the bridge a bit of yellow text should pop up saying your soul is a little lighter, which means you can fly.

If you were unfortunate like me, and didn't know this was a possibility and resurrected, its still fine, there is a transport up to the top around 62, 72 just underneath the floating island, be careful because the enemies will now be hostile towards you.

Annoying how you have to walk like 600 yards if you die though, they shoulda just given you flight right after you perish up there.

Description

Quickly! We have no time to lose. Lysonia has weakened Eridia to the point that she may fall. Our Paragon will do what she can, but we must intervene. We will challenge Lysonia, and perhaps buy Eridia more time. This so-called Hand of Doubt will make no easy foe. Stand ready, <name>.
