This quest opens up the portal from Nazjatar to Boralus and vice versa. If you've forgotten after you turn it in:

To get from Boralus to Nazjatar: Portal at 70, 15 in the portal room of Boralus. Can also speak to Cyrus Crestfall in the Harbormaster's Office.

To get from Nazjatar to Boralus: Portal at 40, 53 in Mezzamere, Nazjatar.

There is a zone ability button called "Heart of Azeroth." Use it while on the platforms to assist Jaina.

Where I do wonder, what should I pick ... Do we get Shoulder/Chest/Head pieces in other quests too so it does not matter, or does it matter what to pick here.?

If like me, you completed A Way Home and then left Nazjatar only to come back later to find no follow on quests, read on.
The next quest in the Nazjatar campaign Scouting the Palace, is gated behind the quest Essential Empowerment that you picked up from Magni Bronzebeard to go and speak to Mother.
If like me you abandoned the quest, thinking it wasn't relevant to Nazjatar, you are mistaken.
Go and see Mother in Chamber of Heart and pick up MOTHER Knows Best.
You will need to follow through with completing the short questline, to be able to then come back to Nazjatar to continue the quests with Lady Jaina Proudmoore.
Once you've done that you will be able to continue to unlock the remainder of the Nazjatar quests with Lady Jaina Proudmoore, beginning with Scouting the Palace.

Description

We are only alive thanks to the ankoan and Azshara's desire to toy with us. We will learn more of Okani's people in the times ahead, I am sure. For now, we must establish a portal home. While Azshara is blocking our traditional methods of magical travel, I can sense a powerful convergence of energies nearby. I believe we can use it to open a way home.
