The Broodlings down below where she circles have an insane repop rate so if you fight down there and get feared you'll likely pull 4-5 of them back and get burnt down pretty quickly in fireball spam
so to prevent wiping horribly pull her onto the small plateua around 7,35 behind where she circles. Baelogs arrow has a seemingly unlimited range on I used that then taunted her with Olaf and popped his shield wall.
If you've got interrupts her bellowing roar is interruptable so go ahead.

I had to use one superior healing pot, level 48 rogue.

On an aside, there is an unclimbable cliff face between the graveyard where you repop and where you fight her, so you have to walk all the way aroudn New Kargath to get back to your body. Highly frustrating.

This quest was the hardest one yet - I died for more than 10 times as a 47 Rogue.

The problem is that when you use the fiery blast in order to get to Nyxondra your mates run toward her usually getting in the field of Broodlings. The other way to get in there is when she uses her Bellowing Roar. Getting in the field of Broodlings means death (for me anyhow).

I managed to finally kill her by climbing to a platform to her north. When you use the fiery blast your mates don't get to the Broodlings and then it's easy to kill her when she's alone.

solod as a 42 hunter in all boa gear, just clear out the mobs around her so they dont pull and its pretty easy, send pet in dps till you get aggro feign death pop back up and kill

Got it after 5 deaths. 48 hunter, The trick is to use your little viking friends. Make sure the second after you are done being feared, you click the Olaf taunt and shield protect. Always use the charge and arrow thing when you need, and heal their health about halfway through the fight. Try to keep aggro minimal. Bandage if you need right after feared.

Nyxondra is Wrathion's mother. That makes her the first dragon, that has survived mating with Deathwing unscathed, doesn't it? The first to survive that was Sintharia (Sinestra), but she was massively disfigured. Nyxondra however is flying around in Badlands, looking pretty healthy...

Also, wasn't Nyxondra supposed to be Onyxia's sister? That would make Deathwing Wrathion's father and grandfather...

After the level squish, she's fairly difficult again, I suggest clearing out an area since you'll definitely need space to run around and give yourself a break. She has a fear that seems to only affect you(so your assigned guardians won't run). Bring things to heal yourself if you don't want to die multiple times. Outlaw rogues, your grappling hook no longer pulls you through rocks so if you need to run you have to go on a flat surface or else you risk wasting the grappling hook.
