Talk to her at the end of the pet battle dungeon when you've defeated all the pets. If you join them you get the title "Minion of Mayhem". You can choose to not join them afterwards, not sure if joining or not joining has any other impact whatsoever.

There was no NPC option to leave the instance, as usual just right click your portrait and leave instance once you've defeated all the pets and gotten, or not gotten your new title.

Choosing the "Refuse" gossip option after defeating her in the final pet battle of Blackrock Depths will trigger this response:

Tasha Riley says: I'm disappointed... but I understand. If you ever change your mind, the invitation will always be open.

You will still be able to interact with her and choose the other option, "Join Council of CHAOS!", granting you the title .

I beat Tasha Riley with:

Zandalari Kneebiter 2-2-2, stats: 1237 hp, 341 dmg, 276 speed
Anubisath Idol 1-2-1, stats: 1725 hp, 276 dmg, 244 speed,
Mechanical Cockroach 2-2-2, stats: 1587 hp, 260 dmg, 293 speed

Start with Zandalari Kneebiter
Tasha sends in Presto
Use Black Claw, then Hunting Party one time.
Presto dies, but since it is undead, it gets another turn.
Use whatever skill on it.
Zandalari Kneebiter dies.
Tasha sends in Fury
Send in Anubisath Idol
For this fight, always use Deflection the turn after Fury uses Howl, otherwise always use Crush.
Switch to Mechanical Cockroach when Fury has around 1000-1100 hp left.
Use Apocalypse followed by Rebuild.
Switch back to Anubisath Idol and continue using Deflection and Crush as described above.
Anubisath Idol dies.
Send in Mechanical Cockroach and finish off Fury with Zap
Fury dies.
Use Rebuild until Apocalypse hits.

The tricky part is switching to Mechanical Cockroach at the right moment, to time it with killing Fury.
I fiddled a bit with using Stoneskin with Anubisath Idol, but for me it was always better to use Crush instead. Might be different if your pets stats are different.
Might be worth utilising Mechanical Cockroach more against Fury. Perhaps exchanging Zap for Stampede.

I messed up buuloki's strat and there were no others listed, so I used:

Zandalari anklerender, lil bling, shadow.

Primal cry, black claw, hunting party, primal cry. First pet wasn't dead so used make it rain, plate armour, inflation, make it rain, plate armour, etc. Inflation on third pet, then final pet call darkness and light.

Edit:

Better replacement since it doesn't require lil bling (I messed up again this week and killed all 3 by selecting wrong moves and call of darkness misses).

Chitterspine skitterling: standard approach, but it has to survive until you get to second pet. Black claw this second pet.
Mechanical cockroach: nothing but stampede.
Darkmoon tonk/menagerie custodian: shock and awe, ion cannon.

Not sure which breed anklerender I used, was probably P/B if others aren't surviving first round

After defeating them all, and clicking to accept to join them, the dialogue is:

Tasha: "Excellent! Welcome, newcomer, to the Council of CHAOS!"
Therin: "Wait, is that what we decided to call ourselves?"
Pixy: "I voted for the Minions of Mayhem!"
Tasha: "Oh, I like that. Everyone welcome out newest recruit to the Minions of Mayhem! We have shadowy disguises and a busted up robot. There might be some other stuff lying around. Take whatever you want."

This last bit, has had me searching the entire room, top to bottom, to see if there actually is anything to click or collect...
So far, nothing... Not found a single thing of use. :(
Has anyone else found anything to take away from this? (besides the title and pet mark etc of course)

Worked for me with this comp, but it's RNG dependent on the last round:

Chitterspine Skitterling (P/S) (x, 2, 2)
Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (S/S) (1, 2, 2)
Barnaby (B/S) (1, 1, 2)

/Agaisnt Presto/
1. Black Claw
2. Swarm
>>Presto dies, your pet should have between 150-350 hp left.

/Against Fury/
1. Swarm
>> Skitterling should die, swap to Dragonling.
2. Spam breath until Fury dies. (You'll be tempted to use decoy, but save it for later)
>> Fury dies, your pet should have between 250-450 hp left.

/Against Glitzy/
1. Thunderbolt
2. Decoy (to avoid the 2 first turns of mana surge)
3. Breath until you die. Glitzy should have between 950-1200 hp left.
>> Bring in Barnaby.
4. Roar of the Death
5. Tornado punch
>> you die and come back to life for a round
6. Jab (there is a chance you don't finish the pet here, in which case you're screwed)

EDIT: I found another strategy less RNG dependent and so simple I could make 2 teams of it:

Chitterspine Skitterling (2,2,2)
Any Roach/Beetle with Apocalypse + a heal or 'Survival', I used Fire Beetle (1,2,2) and Lava Beetle (1,2,2)
Any Mechanical pet with decoy, I used Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1,2,2) and Darkmoon Tonk (1,2,2)

Chitterspine Skitterling:
Black Claw + Swarm until Presto dies.
Against Fury, Black Claw if you have time before you die.

Roach / Beetle:
Apocalypse, (if you just Surged, heal yourself if you can) and then swap to Mechanical pet.

Mechanical Pet:
Spam Breath / Missile / Charge... Use Decoy to avoid second Howl + Surge, dps until you die.

Roach / Beetle:
Survive the apocalypse ^^

I used Zandalari Anklerender (2-1-2), Lil' Bling (2-2-1) and Peddlefeet (x-x-3). Like most battles in this dungeon it relies on a bit of RNG (Peddlefeet must not get critted by Presto's Necrotic Bomb).

Basically do the same strat as Buuloki. Once it gets to Glitzy, if all went well then it should be Peddlefeet last alive with ~750 hp vs Glitzy with ~1500hp. This is important as Peddlefoot has to survive one hit from Glitzy.

Use Shot Through The Heart on Peddlefeet and it'll oneshot Glitzy due to the humanoid buff + 100% extra damage.

Since the pet battle changes in Shadowlands, I don't think this strat works anymore.

I didn't want to farm lil'blingtrong (maybe he can be bought off AH, but I didn't bother), came up with a new comp using Chitterspine base

Chitterspine (0,2,2)
Craghoof Kid (2,0,2)
Microbot 8D (0,2,2)

Step 1)
Chitterspine go black claw, swarm. Kills Presto

Step 2)
Chitterspine either
A)Will die to Raise Ally
B)Absorb a Surge of Power

Use black claw before dying, RNG here with crits can kill Craghoof, and force reset
Craghoof go Chew, Stampede, keep spamming these two together until Fury is dead

Step 3)
Craghoof is faster than Glitzy, Stampede will land before it dies.
Bring out Microbot 8D, supercharge, Ion canon.

(I tried using Menagerie custodian with shock awe, ion canon, it's not a guarantee, the combo above will kill; it deals 2.3k.)

I tried the other strategies and didn't work for me as ion cannon is not enough to kill the last pet. I swap the last pet for my reliable Tranquil Mechanical Yeti and I won. Here is my modified strategy:

Chitterspine Skitterling S/B: Any, Black Claw, Swarm
Lil' Bling: Inflation, Extra Plating, Make it Rain
Tranquil Mechanical Yeti:Metal Fist, Call Lighting, Ion Cannon

Against Presto:

Black Claw
Swarm
Swarm until Presto is dead
Bring your Lil' Bling

Against Fury:

if Chitterspine is alive

Swarm again
if dead
Make it Rain
Extra Plating
Make it Rain
Inflation
Extra Plating
Make it Rain
Inflation

Against Glitzy:

Inflation

7 HOURS! 7 Hours of trying this stupid boss and NONE of these strategies even come CLOSE to beating her.
Either these strats where nerfed or this boss was buffed because following the top strat, Birman gets one shot if you use prowl first and if you don't, Call Darkness doesn't do enough damage.

Turn 4/5 Pass during the undead round (Depending on the breed you are using this happens either in the 4th or 5th round.)
Fury comes in
Turn 1 Black Claw (Your Chitterspine Skitterling might be dead already depending on the breed or bad luck. That's not a problem, just go on.)
Bring in your Lil' Bling
Against Fury follow this priority list:
Prio 1 Extra Plating
Prio 2 Make it Rain
Prio 3 Inflation
Glitzy comes in
Turn 1+ Inflation until Lil' Bling dies
Bring in your Microbot XD
Turn 1 Supercharge
Turn 2 Ion Cannon

Long but easy rotation:
Chitterspine Skitterling (x-2-2)
Blossoming Ancient (2-2-2)
Singing Sunflower (1-1-2)

Black Claw
Swarm (should kill Presto)
if you survive after the rebirth, black claw again

Blossoming Ancient and Singing Sunflower:
Rotate with Sunlight, Photosynthesis, swap to other.
Kills off Glitzy before finishing Fury.

Advantage is keeping sunlight up at all times gives a nice hit point boost to both elementals, and the cycle eats away both the current pet and the back line. Ends with both elementals having near full health

I just beat her for the second time (so, first time on heroic). Neither time have I gotten the option to join the gang. Am I doing something wrong?

It is so very stupid of Wow to create an end boss that cannot be defeated unless you have one and only one pet. Getting to the end of the dungeon and not having that pet is such a waste of time. This is stupid!

Chrominius (Howl,Surge of Power)
