Y'all will have better luck with a Corsair Scimitar or a Logitech mouse. The Trinity is super damn janky.
So many ppl praising the G600....despite it no longer being made..kinda hard to buy something that's not there
Seconded, I also have pretty long fingers/large hands and the Logitech G600 is amazing in terms of size (as it has a third button).
The problem is that I've reading a lot of people complaining about the short life of the Razer Mouse, I never ever had or touched in a high-end gaming mouse like Razer or Logitech, researching I found the Razer Naga Pro, WoW! what a mouse! but, the problem is that a lot of people complaining in the forums about the low quality of the Razer's mouse, and how they replaced them in 6-12 months.Look, I'm from Brazil, and here things are terribly expensive, I really would like to buy a mouse like the Naga Pro, but, with so many people saying that it's a bad idea because it will break in 6-12 months... Know I don't know Take the risk and buy the Naga Pro or buy the Logitech G600?...Please guys, sorry for my terrible english grammar.
Look at the prices. Here, the wired version of Naga Pro, Trinity, is $99 (with the wireless Naga Pro being $149) and the wired Logitech is $37.Risk having it break in a few months or pay less than half the price? It's up to you. I absolutely LOVED my Naga Trinity but the left click quit working right within 2 months. The side buttons do mess up but with those, it's easy to fix. You just pull the side plate off (held on by magnets only) and swab the contacts with an alcohol swab. But when left click won't work right, you're just finished. The end. They just don't put the quality you pay for in Razer any more I guess. My original 12 button Naga worked beautifully for 4 years. Now, they break very fast.Logitech is very, very good for the price. It's bigger than the Naga mouse and for many, thats good. I'd rather have the smaller one but that's just me I guess. I just have to adjust to the buttons being a bit different and harder to push, and the overall size.Hint: What does that G-Shift button do? You'll find lots of answers and they are all right, but wrong. What G-Shift is, it's a button that causes the first side plate button to press ctrl1 instead of just 1, 2 presses ctrl2. etc. In other words, its a ctrl button.
Too bad that's basically EOL and has been for years. Logitech really needs to restart production again or introduce a new and better one. I don't want my G600 to die and have no readily available replacement for it .
what do set the ring finger button to do
As a ret pally I feel attacked.
Had 2012 and Chroma version, both broke under a year of playing wow. Also
I still use the very first steelseries wow mouse, released back during wrath. I'm on my third one now, coupled with a razer orbweaver chroma pad.
No one ever talks about the amazing Steelseries Rival 500, which, imho, is THE best mmo mouse out there with a different yet amazing layout! Mine lasted me for nearly 3 years until I caved for the Naga Pro due to wireless (nothing wrong with my Rival, it's the best mmo mouse that I've used to far, but now that my desk is re-arranged the cable got in the way unfortunately)
I used mine for nearly 3 years, it's the best mmo mouse I've owned and yet I see virtually no one recommending it or even knowing of it's existence!
My problem with the newer Naga is the placement of "Mouse button 4 and 5" behind the mouse wheel. It was much more useful when those buttons were on the left side of the left click on the Original Razer Naga and Naga Molten editions.I'm still hoping and waiting for Razer to move those buttons back before buying a new one.
what do you bind the ring click to
Naga has 3 mouse wheel clicks and is built better lol
Today I received a Naga Pro and it was deflective right out-of-the-box . The right mouse button was a lot harder to press and really noisy compared to the rest of the buttons. This is a total disappointment when you pay such an amount of money. QC is nowhere to be found.Time for a refund. No time to spend on RMAs.
I just got a new Naga Pro four days ago and it was also defective out of the box.The mouse doesn't lie flat on the mouse mat.The damn thing behaves as if one of the PTFE feet is the wrong height and rocks back and forth when you use it.I'm still waiting for a response from their customer support.Don't buy one.
Razer is so overrated. So many ppl complaining, makes me wonder how long they will last on cheating ppl with promises of premium hardware and crap inside. I had older Razer naga and in middle of mythic dungeon it began shorting out usb port and any other I have tried. It was barely 3 or so months old ...And worse part is that my warranty was refused and I was caring about mouse so that it looked like brand new...I love the idea of Naga mouse but Razer just doesnt care for quality of their products which is sad. Just too much ppl buys their crap, if ppl would stop buying then they would be forced to raise quality.
