Someone needs to buff Razer Mice's Fortitude. The recent ones die way too quick. When they are working they are nice mice, but they often give up the ghost within a year of daily use. It's really quite concerning how consistent the failure of these newer razer mice is for many people. Like echoed all over this thread the older razer mice (Epic/2012) were great to use and lasted for many years without issue. But the newer ones are by comparison much quicker to break down.
I'll tell you right now, this mouse does not have 150 hours of battery life. Maybe if you don't touch the thing, but that defeats the point anyway.Great mouse. Love nagas and have since the molten, but come on, dont lie like that.
Razer quality is terrible. If you really want a button mouse like this, for 30 ish bucks you can get the Red Dragon Perdition from Amazon. Its cheap and my friends and I actually like the feel better. Don't waste money on the expensive Naga. Do take wowheads advice on how good a button mouse is. Lol
I've been using the G600 since it came out in 2012. Looking at my order history I got a new one nearly exactly every two years. Fits perfectly that both the left and right mouse buttons start to act up on my current G600. Logitech's build quality isn't what it was 20 years ago.Unfortunately Logitech for whatever reason also decided to not sell it in Europe anymore, my last order was from the US Amazon already.
Still waiting for Logitech G600 Wireless Lightspeed.Razer Naga Pro are expansive AF, that's because no other big brand selling wireless mmo mouse with 12 side button to compete with Razer.
Use mine Logitech G600 for 6 years already with no problems. While friends change Naga every year or so because the right/left buttons or scroll get broken. Sorry Razer, not this time again.
My original naga mouse lasted until it had an accident with a drink... The 2 I had after it though, each lasted about a year before having right click issues. I was tired of spending that price and not having it last as long as it should at said price, so i've gotten a Logitech G600.. And while I like it well enough, I liked some of the software of Razer's better. Unless i'm missing something XD I liked that Razer's mouse speed could be scaled based on how fast I moved the mouse. While with the G600, it seems I have to pick a speed, which can be switched with a button press rather than automatically. I like a fast mouse when i'm doing most things, but I like it to slow down when i'm moving the mouse slowly to aim or click on something small.
Or you can remap UI tabs like Character, Bags, Talents, Achievements, PvP to the numpad and use those keys. C, B, N, Y, H all pretty useful, most of them good for situational buttons. And then you can use mod keys.
99% of these comments are "survivors bias", because the majority of us that have had absolutely zero issues with Razer gear aren't here pitching to you about Logitech or writing bad reviews on Amazon, we are enjoying our products. So lemme shed a positive light for people genuinely interested. These mice are great. But of course it's all preference. They have the same potential malfunctions that every single mouse can have. I bought my Trinity when it first came out, had it for about 3 years and never had a single problem with it (beside Synapse, but that's not a mouse issue, that's a program issue). Finally replaced it a couple months ago, and the ONLY reason I replaced it was because they were on sale at Best Buy for 50% off, so I bought myself a new one and bought my wife one. I still have the old one in storage incase I ever need it for anything.I can't say anything about the Pro, as I personally don't like wireless mice, but if its just the Trinity but without a wire, it's probably one of the better mice you can buy. Also, I have tried the g600, and I do not like the way it feels in my hand. Chock it up to having used the Trinity for a long time, but it just felt clunky, and the g-shift on the side was super annoying. Don't think just because a bunch of people here say it's way better, means you shouldn't buy something you like or think is cool. Removed
I'm at the 3rd corsair scimitar :)
As other people have mentioned, the Logitech G600 is extremely good because of the ring finger click that you can use in combination with the 12 side buttons to give you 24 buttons. The scroll wheel also has two clicks (left and right) that you can assign to other functionalities. There are also 2 buttons below the scroll wheel (one for profile switching if you want and the other can be programmed to anything else as well).
I enjoyed the 2012 model of the Naga. Since I didn't want a wireless mouse or one with a replaceable side panel, I had to eventually look elsewhere for a new mouse when the Naga's buttons got sticky. I went with a Steelseries Rival 500, whose layout worked better for me. Unfortunately, it seems to have been discontinued, so I bought two extras, which will hopefully last me a few years until something new comes out that I like as much.
on my 3rd naga pro already. Had to rma 2 of them as the thumb buttons either didn't register every input or just stopped working. 3rd one seems to be ok so far but only had it a couple of weeks.
IMHO Logitech g600 is so much better and versatile,I can even play FPS games easily with a MMO mouse! It's so comfy and customizable,I had a green naga that broke after a while and was painful to use aside from WoW
I use the corsair scimitar love it. Was a clicker for many years. Found it very hard to break the habit.I set my main spells to my scimitar with my interrupt on mouse wheel click. And I use Razer Tartarus for my cc and big cooldowns. Only thing I still find hard is not looking down all the time to see my spells even with weak auras.
I found the Logitech mouse feels very "lightweight" in the hand, and I found the layout a bit clumsy. I prefer the Naga, but then again have limited range of motion in my arm due to an injury so i guess its a case of horses for courses :)
