Definitely agree with his response on what role makes a good raid leader.I'm a dps raid leader, but I collaborate with my fellow raiders, specifically tanks and healers. I generally call out important stuff (used to do prior to being a leader, too) but I do what he does and have a "backup caller", and relegate somebody else to lend a hand.Like the encounters themselves, raid leading is very much a team effort. As mentioned, you can't keep track of what's happening 100% of the time so having cooperative raiders will help a lot in improving this. Whilst there are people who try to lead a raid entirely by themselves, they may end up gimping themselves a bit to do this and they'd be far better off if they just worked with the rest of their raiders in calling important information out, then in trying to "solo" it.
4.1 is comning out just when blizz wants it, right around when people will be maxed in rift hmmm coincidence muchsorry but they did this with icc to aion, and Wotlk with AoC its good buisness strategy, to bad they think about only buisness now and not about us raiders
i can see it now...."guys, im sry but i cant raid tonight, my cat suddenly came down with a bad case of ugly"and what is this thing u call a 'sun'?one of my fathers coworkers got fired for playing wow on the job. need i say more?
Lore is completely wrong about the symptons of the people who play too much wow.I barely play wow now and I still make bloodlust noises all of the time.Police: "Are you aware that you were driving 20 miles per hour above the speed limit sir?"My response on a normal day in which I have not played wow:"GWAHRAHROARAH! ...dabu"
I think the ICC comment was referring to their Wrath-era raiding, "back in the day" and all. Snezy's basically saying he and his guild never moved past Plagueworks in Wrath, but now in Cata he is in a much more progression-focused raid.
