I will always remember when I got "The Untamed Blade" from Razorgore the Untamed in Blackwing Lair. I got this item in Burning Crusade, but I was still 60 when I got it. I had been leveling up my warrior to be my first ever 70, and my guild decided to do a classic raiding day just for kicks. Nobody wanted The Untamed Blade and I actually had use for it, so I got it. What made it quite as special as it was to me, is that its quite possibly one of the reasons I joined WoW. My friend had been showing me videos of WoW and I was skeptical until he showed me this video of a warrior with The Untamed Blade PvPing. This video got me into WoW and until the day I got it as a drop, I hunted this sword endlessly, dreaming of what I would be like with it. I didn't accept a replacement for it until Gorehowl dropped from Prince Malchezzar, much to my guild's disappointment.

The skunk non-combat pet. I know it's not technically a drop, but I had to work hard to get it.
My Most epic drop would have to be during the All Hallow's End events...after questing every day for the two weeks, on the third day before the event ended it happened. Every day, all I wanted was Sinister Squashling so I could finish the achievement and get the cool name. This item had dropped multiple times in my daily raid against the Headless Horseman, but every time I had rolled a failing roll of 40 or less. So, to my surprise....an item dropped...a very rare item, and I knew I'd have the same type of roll, because if I couldn't even win the squashling, what are the odds I'd win this....to my surprise I rolled a 98! And the item that everyone else in the group wanted...was mine. To this day I am the only one in my guild with this item, and I still use it over all other items of it's kind....so what is my epic item? Headless Horseman's Mountand I mean...what's not epic about it? This is the only way someone that's NOT a warlock or Death Knight will ever get a horse with flaming feet. And not only that, but IT FLIES! No warlock or Death Knight can claim that about their horses! It completely made up for not getting the squashling all those other days. (Ps..I did finally get the squashling AND the title on the last day of the event)...which makes my Second most epic item. Even though I have 15 other mounts, the Headless Horseman's Mount is the one I use the most..because I mean...wow..it does everything. But alas, it would be nice to change things up with a cool Big Battle Bear
I'd say the most epic battle had in the history of WoW was when myself and two friends went an bought full lvl 5 white gear at 70 and enter AV. We scoped out the mid field until we found our target and together took victory over them! I would say most of our victory belongs to the Rogue, Spartin, who fought with much honor duel wielding a lvl 5 dagger and sparkler.
I'm groovin on my <a> href="http://www.cuckhead.com/?item=44050" Mastercraft Kalu'ak Fishing Pole </a>. I'm grinding rep for "Rhonin's How to Write HTML in Your Forum Comments for Dummies".
Has got to be the eye of divinity as it is the item that leads to Benediction, the item that had it all. Stats, two forms and best of all, it had a quite appropriate appearance for a priest class weapon, a bullseye on a stick.
The first ever epic I got was the Blackskull Shield it droped of some trashmob in Uldaman was pretty nice when i got it as I was a tank at the time. :)
