He is right tho.Bolstering and raging are easy to handle.Necrotic is also easy to deal with but the problem is thats its an anoying and boring affix .
20 second duration is correct time, since if you for example pull one of the big guys before the first boss in plaguefall and slimes buff him, you just have to party wipe which is ~25 seconds. Now you can just run away for 20 seconds and not have to wipe
Bolstering can be quite annoying when combined with other time consuming affixes making it significantly more difficult than other affixes in some dungeons (like DoS), think even this nerf isn't enough.Raging by itself wasnt an issue, it used to always combine with tyrannical and it was fine, it only got problematic when combined with fortified. So yeah it needed a small nerf

Suddenly I feel my acceptance into pug groups as a hunter shrinks considerably. However it will mean my demon hunter gets accepted a little more, so little i won't notice.
I think this affixes are out-dated and should be removed from the game, instead of nerf after nerf.This affixes were created two expansions ago. A lot of content is release in the game frequently and the old affixes doesn't fit in the M+ Dungeons anymore.Blizzard have a lot of creativity to create new content, they can create new affixes. Torghast is a prof of that!The feel I have is that players don't like this affixes anymore and created a sense that some affixes are bad, and because of this, most people avoid, or play less, in the weeks with the affixes they already "tagged" as bad affixes (even if the affixes were nerfed and aren't a big deal anymore!).Possibly this happens more often with explosive, bolstering and necrotic.There is a simple question to be answered in order to make the decision: if we remove this affixes, the players will enjoy the game less, or more?So, if people will enjoy the game more, why still maintain the affix in the game?

These changes won't affect the highest key runners, as they already know how to deal with them in the first place. At most, the changes give them more room for error -- which they don't commit anyways.These benefits the inexperienced and the casuals way more... Especially at the low keys like 15s, which they think are difficult and are pushing their limits.We have seen so many nerfs to various affixes in the past year. 15s are simply not what they used to be in BfA. Blizzard really should add rewards for reaching 2400 mythic score, which is equivalent to timing all 20s, as well as 2800, equivalent to timing 25s.This is a nice change for the casuals to get all the 252 gear. Those who already farm high keys are like meh.
this is a nice change folks yet some are mad because it's a change that benefit all, like yea good for you for being a keystone God and handling the affixes but this is a nice change to help those who lack that skill, that doesn't make them a terrible player or anything but hey in my eyes this a good change for all since it's not perma any more but on a countdown, but boy we maybe able to see tanks now and not a 20 mins wait for one on Necro week.
