Do Jesse and Crendor even still play WoW? Still, it's an improvement over Lore, lol.
Roller Coaster Darkmoon Faire Tycoon! I love that idea!
If we go to more alien planets, can they actually be ALIEN planets? No more painted humans, no more recolored wolves, no more of that god awful glow effect from Firelands, and so on? Argus looks like a step in the right direction, ignoring how the cats are still just cats with fins, but it looks more alien than the crap we had on Draenor and Outlands. More importantly, I want to see cool alien animals as Hunter pets. To hell with the story, let me make a galactic zoo.I just hope they don't expand on that whole "Azeroth is a Titan" nonsense. That was the most idiotic reveal of the expansion. I want them to sweep that under the rug and never mention it again. The possibilities that stem from that and the idea that we may go planet hopping brings horrible, horrible visions to mind. Can't we just go back to killing each other over pointless conflicts instead of chasing intergalactic deities? Lovecraft taught us that this is a stupid idea, after all. Hell, even more Zandalari shenanigans would be good.
"Dungeon participation is much higher at this point in the expansion compared to previous expansions."But not enjoyable. Forcing players to do content they don't like in order to unlock flying and class mounts is deplorable, and it is the ONLY reason participation was higher. Please don't make the same mistake in the next expansion. The WoW forums are already full of complaints concerning raid/dungeon requirements in Legion.
"Allows entry into Lesser Rifts and Greater Rifts" yep its becomming D3 for sure now. So I think we don't have to pay the month anymore since we're playing Diablo instead of WoW.
Cant wait for us to make it to the Starcraft world.
Ion mentioned a few times that it's a final destination for Legion and that it will 'cap off' Legion. Could this mean no 7.4?
Not one of the best interviews, But still some interesting questions, but most of the answers were kinda like maybe. I wonder what they have planned next like. "Also For new players, there's a ton of catch-up mechanisms, so it's still a great time to jump into the action." there is one big issue however still the huge account of time to level, yes I know there is a free boost and all, but the new players I was trying in to get in the game didn't want to use it and play from level 1 what end up burning them out before they even hit level 50.
Yeah, this is a real shame - the Dev Team is struggling to find new ideas knowing that we are now seeing Lesser/Greater Rifts...I miss Chris Metzen's vision for this game...I stopped playing at 7.2.5 drop, thought I was going to raid through ToS, but now, will probably just do LFR to see the content. But, more D3 is the wrong path for this game. I have the Necromancer patch that just came out. Really sad to see Ion move WoW towards more D3 stuff...I'm still going to go to Blizzcon this year, but, think afterwards realize its time to retire from WoW. I can understand the internal struggle where the Dev team wanted to take WoW and Chris' vision. The 30 min interview with Ion clearly shows the difference in where the game is going and what really made the game great. I think if the Dev team takes this into exploring space, as indicated by Ion, it will drop off. There is not enough written lore that compliments the game to go in this direction. Just my opinion.
