please make Panser's replies show up in blue too :)otherwise, awesome job ladies, as always.Remember everyone, don't shoot the messengers. If you don't like the wow dev answers, don't take it out on folks that run this site. Without this site, I would have quit wow long ago.
Watcher is so friendly and nice! im really starting to like him.
Had to create a WoWHead account just to say:For many of us, expanding your basic backpack is NOT the same as making bags bigger across the board. We would have a lot of fun running a timeconsuming questline just to expand it.It's not about more space, it's about a sense of progression and fun.I'd happily accept a smaller hexweave bag for the opportunity to do this.
Wasn't a big fan of how his answer for bag space was basically "if you have too much stuff in your bags, that's your fault and your problem".Does he not realize the amount of currencies, vanity items, etc that have to live in our bags, and the fact that the last couple expansions have really started throwing a lot of items at us?give me 500 slots and I'll happily organize everything and keep a tidy space. I'm a big boy.Good interview overall, but as many others have stated, I think we need to be asking harder questions. Make 'em sweat a little.
character customization. i reckon an overhaul of that systems is due. give more options similar to the ESO one and a free revamp of your toon. gives us the chance to personalize our characters a bit more, give them some personality and distinction. maybe do it for the next expac?
so, about the flying issue.....WTF! Mini patch on the PTR....What is the date of said mini patch...Oh we just did not even ask. What a great way to do an interview...and BTW just go ahead and save that for the end of the interview and be satisfied with a PTR answer...You good folks have just won an award "The Golden Dildo"
Seriously though. Wtf is up with the quest log response? Harder to keep track of? It's a pita trying to knock out old quests with the 25 cap. I lose track of those random 1-3 quest npcs that aren't in a city hub scattered in the wilds. How is not having the ability to track quests because of cap supposed to make them easier to track? Make quest categories sorted by expansion, keep 25 cap expansion for each category, solved.
Currencies being mixed: as some taking up inventory space and some just tracked without taking up space still baffles me.Some quest items still are taking up room in bags too. The quest log is a bloody mess now, agreed. The tracker being set to "proximity" is seriously embarrassing. Remember when it nicely updated wherever you were in the world and did sort them by how close you actually were? It's been a while, but i do remember. Being limited to 25 is brutal as well.Ughh... for me, this (Warlords of Draenor) started out with some of the best leveling experiences I've had, with great visuals and intriguing storylines to... well, how should I put this? Got it. This expansion has turned out to be one gigantic Cluster Cluck !While I am so glad that Wowhead does a great job of keeping us in the loop, with every announcement or interview from a Blizzard Dev, I seem to lose more interest and hope - it is just so disappointing to see the state of the game. They just seem to keep digging their graves deeper (imo, of course). So keep up the good work of letting us know what's new on the WoW front - I'll be looking forward to the day I hear they "cleaned house" (minus the art, sound, and some other departments) at Blizzard or they snapped out of their temporary insanity to see just how bad things have gotten away from what I hope was their true path. Oh Wowhead, help them find their way back... please?
All the female dwarves look like they're about to burst into tears and the female gnomes look like they're pissed at the world. Extra customization might help with that.
If the backpack is staying, can we at least customize the icon for it so that it can match the bags?On another note, a friend of mine in real life is trying to make his own replica of the WoW backpack
