Tyrande sounds like she's slowly losing her mind. How do we know, with certainty, that the Night Warrior ritual wasn't tainted by Nzoth? If we're speculating that Nzoth had somehow weakened Elune, then maybe that ritual channeled a mix of BOTH of their powers.
After the writing in BFA, particularly about the Night Elves, I do not trust the current writers to do Elune any justice.
Why did Elune abandoned Night Elves ...How about bcs you killed her own daughter you moron? -_-
All i care is 3rd faction which year?
Just... don't make her a boss who's lost it and became mad. I'd rather take her thirsty for vengeance chasing Sylvanas down and finally getting rid of her ;/ It's been way too long, the banshee has to answer for her crimes. Let it be Tyrande who gets her head.
Why is this marked as Beta? And for some reason this article doesn't appear on the home page/news feed.
We"ok find out at bluzzcon.
There’s also the distinct possibility that Elune is Eonar (or at least heavily linked). It was her blessing that was given to Ysera, who favored the Night Elves; and she was hiding from Sargeras in a place named Elunaria. It could well be that after Sargeras unbodied the Titans, her spirit returned to the vicinity of Azeroth to watch over it; and the Night Elves named this manifestation of her spirit Elune. And now Eonar has retreated to the Seat of the Pantheon along with the rest of the Titans - could certainly explain why they feel as though Elune has abandoned them.
I would love to see some Tyrande/Azshara interaction from a lore perspective. Both of them being old elven ladies with history. Also that scepter of bone prophecy concerns me...
I believe Elune is Azeroth herself manifested to the Night Elves through the Well of Eternity
Doesn't look like the night elves or Tyrande have anything to do this expansion from the panels so far. I think if they did do anything it would be a cameo that amounts to nothing.
Not fond of Tyrande but I gotta say, I really really hope she gets her revenge on Sylvanas...
