I think these will be like a reward for high-end content(mythic raiding, high keys and high pvp ranks), where you get one every season and use it to get your appearances.
It's strange to me this causes so much debate, its not really all that confusing...I'm an ultra casual gamer, I'm lucky if I can hit 1800 to unlock xmogs, but it's my goal each and every season.I see top tier players acquire this on day 1 of the season, and it makes me even more excited to try and achieve it by seasons end. Most seasons I don't acquire it, and admire those that do. The limited time xmogs are unique and really bring some special to the appearances of those who acquired it.Why in the actual *!@# would you just bring these appearances back and hand them out? They mean absolutely nothing then.I forever admired those who achieved grand marshal and unlock the vanilla PvP gear... then they just handed them out, means nothing now. I have it, and for what? to never use it because its lame...
Holy Light, if this turns out to be a GRAB BAG LOOT BOX to get ANY npc/boss's weapon or armor. THAT'D BE AMAZING. I'm excited.
ashbringer pls
*grumble grumble* "challenge mode" *grumble grumble* "Tier 3" *grumble grumble* "MUH PRESTIGE" i hope everyone that uses that argument gets their account banned to see how futile prestige really is. You own nothing in this game, blizz can and will shut it down any time they want. it's not yours. your "prestige" and "net worth in wow" don't actually exist, it's a video game service you are renting from blizzard. cry moar
