Don't mind the stained glass effect, but the pulsing flame effect is just going to be annoying when combined with other (more important to see) fight-related ground effects.Blizzard is still terrible at visual clutter.
I like the burning flame effect, the light pattern not so much. But its just another ability that will look good with my Purifier transmog, so that's a plus for me.
I really like the new one. It’s definitely got a more “holy flame” kind of look, which fits.
I like that it pulses slightly differently when it's about to fade.
Looks awful IMO, looks like its made out of bug wings. I much prefer the cracks in the ground with light radiating out.

When will people like you realize that different departments work on different aspects of the game? When a school gets a new playground, do you complain and say you'd prefer them to focus on teaching the children?
I can't stop re watching this new animation. I think it could benefit from a little more sound effects-wise. Some kind of harsh, but subtle glass sound on the way out. It would also be cool if Blizzard worked the wind physics into more stuff than random torches. It would be cool to see a concussive wind blast on hit at the end, and it sends a shudder through cloaks/robes/banners.
It looks like a Sun, kinda reminds me of the one that the Tabard of the Argent Dawn had.

Concentration is actually so hot it turns the ground it hits to glass, I like that concept better then it cracking the ground.
I mean... yeah this looks nice and more appropriate (y'know light and all), but I still like the one we have now
