actually uselessmake it 32 or somethingeven a new player at low levels can buy 30 slot bags or even make them.... they're dirt cheap.
Nice to see them adding more rewards for recruits! Rn a vast majority of the rewards are just for recruiters, so this is a nice change of pace!
Oh nice, I love me some bags!
yep fake reward in this pyramidal scam ^^ unless the recruiter is a new player too
Where's the love for collectors? Id LOVE to have a searchable categorized bank where I can store unlimited gear and collectibles I've gotten thru the years!
They should have made this a 32 slot bag. 30 slot bags are the norm now with them being the "cheap" bag to make in BFA.
its actually pretty cheap when you think of the gold looted from mobs and quest gold as you level 175g is pretty small in comparison
That's nice.
I actually like this for new players. They get a decent bag for their first play-through and it won't effect the bag economy too much because the 32s will still be for sale.

This is fine. Small, 'irrelevant' rewards like this are the only way blizz can reward the recruits due to the sheer amount of folks who pay for two accounts to get the rewards. You can't give the recruits something too good/unique without screwing over everyone forking over twice (or more) the amount of cash in sub money every month. They know that, which is why there will never be anything bigger than this. It really sucks for actual recruits new to the game, but this will not change unless they are willing to risk strike-unsubbing by hundreds, if not thousands of accounts. The only real way you can reward recruitees is by giving them something that binds to the account, like a pet or mount or transmog. Which, by the way, I do encourage. Give new players who have been subbed for i don't know, 3 months? Give them a bon-bon. You just gotta understand the reason why this is never really gonna change, because it can't.
Where do you think these new players came from? It's recruit-a-friend.Meaning they have a friend who can give bags. The bags are dirt cheap to buy from the auction house. The point that the complainers are making is that this bag "reward" is completely empty and meaningless considering the circumstances. The bag is the cost of doing 2 World Quests.
Here is the thing, the new person was "recruited" from a person already playing the game. Chances are this recruiter is also going to help their friend out with gold and such, so the "175g is a lot for a new player" is kinda null and void. So while it's a nice token, it's not all that great....
What kind of guy doesn't give his friend new to the game some freaking bags, they cost like 50g to make. This is hilariously out of touch.
