What? You mean media jumped the gun to break a story without having facts? Say it ain't so!
The last story was just full of wild claims. Never say never, but it was just beyond belief to think Blizzard would engage in blatant theft like that even if we are talking millions of dollars ...
I appreciate this being cleared up. I wonder how many people believed this simply for being a negative story. Also, if this was several years before the shutdown, it just makes me think the guy wanted refunds on what he technically didn't have to spend.
blizzard is getting sued?
well this happens when you live in mainland taiwan LOL
This is awesome ;DFight the power Yang Yun!
Cool, anyway. But maybe wowhead shouldn't blast out in the comments. Was wowhead the only one reporting it ? No. Should media dig deeper ? I dunno, should you ? Is it a serious job ? Are you passionate about it ? Or is it all just for clicks ? What I'm I saying, journalists have always been that way. Move on people.I seriously doubt the sources used by wowhead in the first place. There's no confirmation that the actual courts in China made the error (wowhead used a 3rd party database). And I would doubt that a random dude can sue Blizzard in the name of a huge corporation easy like that in the first place. Confirm your sources, it's your job, and every other media seemed to have based their articles on wowhead's.
