Good, but the question is -- will it return with a cap in 9.2?
I said it before, ill say it again!Doesnt matter a single bit what Blizzard do, ultra casual/snowflakes that want everything for free will whine no matter what Blizzard do.I bet even if Blizzard give them max level char after creating it, with full BiS Gear for every single piller of the game in the Mailbox, they will still find a way to whine about something that is too hard for them to do.Maybe they will whine that is too much work to get all items off Mailbox and enchant/gem them.Blizzard should never ever cater to the ultra casual players!
Or you know, Blizzard could actually add enjoyable content to the game rather than make everything a tedious, time-gated grind that exists only to make people play more, but begrudgingly. But you know what else makes people want to play the game more? Fun content. Who would have guessed it right?Blizzard doesn't cater to the players at all. They cater to their own wallets. Which is fine, they're a business. But you can do both by making the game actually feel fun to play.I'm not a casual by any means and hell, I don't want to grind renown for every covenant or on every toon I play. I don't want to redo the same campaign countless times, or kill the same Korthia "rares" for the millionth time. I don't want to have to do KSM on every toon I play just to be able to gear up an alt. I've done it all multiple times before, it's not fun replay ability. It's a deterrent for a lot of people, and removing the restriction doesn't hurt anyone. If you want to obtain KSM before you upgrade your alts gear, no one will stop you. You can still do it. Let everyone else do it how they want.Even the most hardcore of players are dropping the game because they don't want to participate in the grinds, and frankly there is a lot better out there than WoW right now. We just play it because it's WoW and we've invested a lot of time into it.
