Incoming fix in 3,2,1...In this case I would actually strongly agree with a fix, this is not just a case of "fun detected", we can't have a single tank with a massive advantage on such a timesink of a mob. Also this falls into the "not obvious at all" type of mechanic that historically Blizzard doesnt want to have in WoW.Luckily, wowhead articles like this have a good track record of getting advantages like this removed from the game.If they cant find a way to fix it, then do the next best thing and just nerf the $%^& out of Zul'gamux.

This isn't really that different than some classes using mortal strike to reduce the healing, or some classes doing more damage to break the shield faster. I dunno. Depends on how "hard" it is, I guess.
