"Growth and Personal Change". Yeah, okay. They couldn't even give Vanessa matching leg pieces to her set. They clearly just put something over her thighs for no reason.
Honestly speaking, the bare thighs have always looked kinda stupid, no matter how much of a horny teenager I was. Valeera, Alexstrasza, etc, they all looked quite dumb. Yet in this case it really does kinda look like they just randomly gave her some pants... Gotta say the long "personal growth" articles are funny xD/shrugIn case of Aggra she seems to suffer from a case of "too much". All the shingy bling doesn't go together very well.
I loved the orc cultural experience of their heritage questline. The human one was bleh by comparison.
And nothing of importance was lost or harmed in the making of this character wearing pants like alot of other npcs.
Welcome to the same nothing burger of outrage people had about Sylvanas' model update in Legion.More importantly these aren't 'high-definition models' so the introductory paragraph is pretty misleading.
I'm a female and I completely agree with the odd choice of changing her model. Hearthstone censored a while back, so if they are basing it off of that art then I can't help but think this is also a censor. I don't believe a lot of these people are even being "h**n dogs" . Also, the pants seem really off with the outfit, doesn't feel like it blends in well. I definitely dislike both their updates...
It's ok to be horny but please remember that Vanessa is Waaay older now, and it's fine to grow out of the attention grabbing outfit. It's practical. Compared to that, Valeera does indeed show a lot of skin, but the entire Elf culture gives a lot of importance to the preservation of beauty as a sign of status and pride. It feels pretty organic and lore friendly.
There’s more than one variant of Vanessa in hearthstone (the others have legs showing) also since when does hearthstone dictate character appearances in WoW
I didnt really like Vanessas older style. They managed to make it worse.
Good. Skin is sin. Cover it up lol..
I'll be honest. I didn't notice the difference until I saw people crying about leggings in the comments. And I did the questline. The only thing I noticed was the mask. It's really not that big of a deal guys. Unless you play a human and pay really close attention, no one will notice or even see that she's wearing pants.
WoW the comments here are simply ignorant. Calling Blizzard censors for changing one woman’s model while the literal other woman model in this article is showing more skin just shows how stupid the “censor” argument is. It’s almost like they update major lore character appearances all the damn time. How are they “censors” when there is literally an example of a character that was also updated that doesn’t fit with your ridiculous censorship agenda? The same people crying “censor” are the same ones going on twitch trying to cancel any woman that doesn’t wear turtlenecks every time they stream.
Just finished the Orc Heritage questline, they did a great job with the new look for Farseer Aggra.
Arguing mrs vanc is changed to match hs card is a bold face lie. If you look, her boots have 2 black lines and a yellow lining on top were the new model is just blueish pants. Don"t try to lie for blizzard come on. There are dozens of guesses on why it could have changed. Matching her hs card, was not the reason. If anything, the old model was more faithful to the hs card.
Made a really nice Vanessa transmog for my female Rogue I'll be wearing for a while. First off it looks great and secondly if they want to remove her PG-13 appearance then I'll pick up the mantle and wear it all over.Female characters aren't my type and I'm not outraged but I think it was random to suddenly change just her pants and mask and they didn't even give her good looking pants either.
