"We will not be doing any further balancing as we do not see where it is necessary" or something idiotic like that
3 survival hunters, sounds about right.
New meta for 10th key in lfg i see.
I, for one, am happy to see survival getting so much spotlight after being such a meme spec. I started playing it in 9.0.5 just to play something different from the MM I'd played in BFA and Legion and I found it to be quite fun with wildfire infusion. I haven't looked at their talent trees for dragonflight but if wildfire cluster and the 4 piece are going away, they will naturally fall back in line I think
I read the headline and thought, yeah whatever, it's gonna be Junk "Shock Bots" yard! Well, this is unexpected lol.Congrats! Lets hope this doesn't mean every other class/spec won't get invited for 15 - 20 key runs 👀👀
It's pretty silly to see all the complaining about balance in these posts. There will always be a best comp that pushers gravitate to that is a few percentage points at the margins better than other comps. The difference between these guys and people who struggle to time 15-17s isn't class balance, it's player diff. These elite players could be required to run the comp discipline priest, three ferals, and one guardian druid, and they would still comfortably clear keys in the mid 20s.
so much for survival has been nerfed xD
year of the spear confirmed and set in stone. grats!
Glad to see Survival Hunters being a great spec. Hope to see more of it in Dragonflight
Let's stop talking about nerfing classes, and instead talk about buffing others. It's not fun to be doing well then have your class nerfed, but it is fun to be doing badly and then get a buff which puts you more in line with other classes. I think most melee needs a bit more of a buff since ranged have a definite advantage with being able to avoid a lot of damage where melee have to move out of things. Zul'Gamux is a perfect example, have to move out of melee range for aoe attack so you lose dps.
Lizzard isn't going to care about balance when imbalance gives them revenue from boosts (boosting a meta class) and wow tokens (new character needs gear). They make money by giving players a reason to reroll to a stronger spec.
The 0.1% title should probably be separated by classes or specs at this point.
At least they nerfed destro.
