Is there an addon for these yet?
The list of Kyrian allies is missing some. I got Adventurer: Pelodis at some point, the Phalanx guy from that Phalanx/Larion questline, as well as saving Champion: Kythekios in a Torghast wing. I suspect there may be more "random" allies in the future.
The uncomfortably large differences in the strength of covenant troops are unfortunate. But my opinion, only being this deep in the expansion, is that this is the best mission system we've had yet. Overall, I like it a lot more than previous iterations.
My question is, has anyone actually gotten an extra companion yet? There are supposed to be SIX companions outside the Soulbinds and those gated by renown. One was found in Torghast, are the other five there?
Honestly, the only covenant I've failed missions on is Night Fae. Getting a new level 1 companion when my highest level companions were level 20 basically has prevented me from completing any elite or soul ash mission for the past week or more. I've failed every soul ash mission (four now) on that character. I've literally been setting an alarm and doing missions round the clock and it's still not enough.
Can't do soul ash missions at Night Fae either, the power of the enmies + the stacking AOE DoT is overtuned.
Think the Troops downleveling isn't the case anymore. I just got Talethi lvl1 (Maldraxxus) and my troops are still lvl25. For my other companions, highest is 27 and lowest is 24 at the moment.
5 level 28 companions& level 28 troops. Still can't complete the Night Fae soul ash mission in any configuration. Anybody that's telling you the Night Fae soul ash mission is 'easy' or 'complete-able' is full of #$%^.
To those who keep suggesting "level up your followers" cliche, I've lost all the ashe missions both on my main and alt (venthyr+fae) every single week, eeeeven when all the followers on the table were higher level than the mission itself. Since about a week, I've been using this WA that only shows if you will win or not (been pretty accurate), and the win result is never about the position for some reason (not sure if this commonly used WA is wrong or the people who talk about the "right positioning" is). Now my followers are like 22 level and the ashe mission is 20, WA still shows -5 which will very likely to fail again. Previously, I sent my followers to the mission with -5 WA prediction on my main as it was about to expire, aaand it failed. I mean seriously.... We're literally being trolled by Blizzard.
I found this post looking for a solution on Google since I can't complete any elite mission as Kyrian unless I use my level 20+ NPCs on a mission of level 14 or less. Some missions, like soul ash ones, have over 3 times the HP and damage of my best fighters if they are on the same level as the mission and there is also the debuff to take into account. It's impossible and really annoying.

Even worse is when you have two companions only a level apart, both are dps (melee) and there is a huge difference between them in terms of stats.Night Fae as an example.Guardian Kota (level 17): 1080 HP, 81 Attack, 72 Damage Cone-based Attack on a 2 round cooldownTe'zan(level 16): 650 HP, 130 Attack, 182 Damage Attack vs all Melee Targets on a 3 round cooldown. So Te'zan's attacks hit harder, hit more targets (potentially), while Guardian Kota has no defensive abilities (name implies Tank), hits fewer targets and does far less damage. The only advantage that Guardian Kota has is that it implies his attack can hit the back rank. One thing we need is better visuals, like huge highlights showing who their normal attack targets and who their special attacks target. Because right now, its a lot of "read the tooltips" confusion.Night Fae is of course also guilty of a "healer" that doesn't heal. So, between the two, unless you need a dps / meat shield, Guardian Kota SUCKS. Fewer targets with special attack, lower normal damage, lower special attack damage.
