ARGH! What can I say? I am more and more certain that I'll be back to playing WoW in Cataclysm. I mean the current state of feral talents is amazing already!Let's see...-> +20% damage for Rake and Mangle? Damn sweet if you ask me.-> Shredding Attacks will only reduce 10 energy out of Shred cost. Meh =/ But since haste will affect energy regeneration... We'll see how things balance out.-> Predatory Instincts: +10% melee critical damage in all forms? Hallelujah!-> Ravage in combat after Feral Charge? Sounds nice! Also +30% haste for 8 seconds after Feral Charge is downright nice for burst damage when engaging targets. Mainly raid Bosses.-> Fury Swipes (remember Ulfsaar from DotA anyone? =D) 12% chance for an extra melee attack every 6 seconds? Holy moly!-> Brutal Impact: only reduces Bash CD by 10 seconds. Meh =/-> Predatory Strikes. Phew O_o I think this will make it more of a PvP talent where charging and Ravaging above 90% HP will provide a nice burst. No more AP bonus in cat form, meh =/-> Endless Carnage: bloody hell! +6 seconds to Rake, Savage Roar and Pulverize? I'm all wet.-> Survival of the Fittest: no more +6% all attributes? Booooo!-> King of the Jungle: no more mana cost reduction for shifting. Hmmm... so-so.-> Primal Tenacity: less damage reduction while stunned in cat form. PvP talent anyway, not interested O_o-> Infected Wounds: 2 points instead of 3. Nice ^_^-> Primal Madness: woooo, moar maximum energy! Yushhhh!-> Imp Mangle: 2 points instead of 3. Proportional benefit reduction. Nice anyway I guess.-> Nom Nom Nom: OMFG! The holy grail of PvE DPS! Easier rotations, moar energy spent on Shreds / Ferobites due to continuous Rip flow! Yayyy!-> Pulverize. What can I say about this?... I assume it will consume Lacerate stacks in one monstrous hit. 5 Lacerate stacks = 3930 bonus damage and 10 seconds of extra 10% crit. HOLY BEAR! x_xResto talent-> Blessing of the Grove: +4% damage for Shred O_o hmmm... Nice I guess if it fits.My feral will be happy. Both the cat and the bear. ^_^
Fury swipes is going to be not only a huge cat dps increase, but a massive increase to bear threat/rage generation. More auto-attacks means more rage, or more mauls being thrown in the bosses face.Jizzed my pants when I saw some of these changes...

"Redesgined" looks typoish.
i just hope they keep the talent "NOM NOM NOM" named as it is !what would they want to call it anyway? any other name would just take away it's awesomenessbtw i've said it before - blizz seems to try and get some oldschool warcraft III stuff in here (mastery system's sounded like passive "ultimates" etc)
damm, they didnt lied when said that talents will be more intresting! :o<3 new talents, somewhere nerf, somewhere buff, but what matters is that talents are intresting now! yay for blizzard!(and hells, that nom nom nom looks intresting :p gonna make killining bosses ALOT more intresting :D)
What happened to intensity? No mention at all. Missing presumed removed?
what's up with you guys and imp. mangle? oO we'll have to see if it's damage will be buffed but i highly doubt so
Ughh, Ughhh-gh, UUUUUUUUUUUUGH! Yea .. Im done.Hopefully they will keep the Nom Nom Nom talent as previously said :PLooking sexy in the feral department, I have been afk since March out of boredom but these talents might encourage me to go back to being a bear :DTeh kitteh talentz are just orgasmic, although it brings me to a realisation I dont want to think about, which is what the hell does every other class get 0oWill be browsing over to the DK forums shortly to curse our luck at their fortune ... or maybe not, we shall see :POverall 11/10 for these talent modifications!
No as a talent in the Balance-tree. Does anyone know if its being removed from the game, or being changed to a trainable spell all druids get access to?Love the changes to all speccs, lots of fun things in them all. More mobility and pvp-tools as balance sounds great, huge damagereduction for bears is more then welcome, and looking forward to the new super-tree as resto (with damagepotential as well, sweet).
The resto talents, especially the early tier ones are...well...so very meh. There are like 8 filler points in the first 2 tiers (i.e. they don't improve or contribute to improved healing at all). Ironically the early resto tiers are so much more useful for the other classes than healing druids (not gonna call them tree druids anymore), and the early balance tiers are so much more useful for healing druids.Currently most resto builds take master shapeshifter: 5 points for 4% heals. However if the wording stays as is then it is 5 points for 4% heals IF you use the CD (45 every 210 seconds. so around 20% of the time if you use it every time off CD, which may be a bit of a challenge due to the move speed penalty) - I don't think it is worth the 5 points at this stage. So, what are the other choices at tier 2 and 3? Everyone will pretty much spec into naturalist since it is the only other talent that increase healing output. Moreover, there is no more 20% reduction in HoT mana cost (which is a big deal for me) and also no 6% raidwide healing buff. I don't think this is a nerf to healing output because of the mastery bonuses but it does appear to cost us utility. Finally, the new ToL CD...if they do use the ancients of war graphics AND slow your movement speed by 50% ... I hope there is no problem moving out of void zones (you might have problem seeing it to begin with AND moving out of it is slower) The whole healing priority seem to have changed. Nourish and HT will not just 'make it' into the rotation but looks like it will be staples. Talents seem to be very, very PvP oriented (Improved barkskin + improved tranq = 70% damage reduction when healing your whole raid. Rated BGs, anyone? :) )Some thoughts after looking at the priest tree and the resto tree: their tree is more lean (no fillers) their talents are cheaper (2 points for 70% pushback reduction versus 3 points for 75%) and Chakra is pretty much their ToL lite with no drawback (it powers up one of their heals for 20 secs). Yep, I am jealous and the heals look like they are more green on the other side. I hope I am wrong. However just in case I have managed to level my priest to 80. TL:DR I am underwhelmed by the resto tree talents for PvE and I hope the early tiers get changed. Balance and feral, however, look AWESOME.
I'm wondering what inspired Blizz when it came to naming some of the talents.Fury SwipeSolarbeamThunderbolt? On a relating note, I'm quite excited about Druids in Cata, and the new tree is..shaping up to be a vast improvement.
