If they go old gods again, i really hope they can somehow change the visuals. There was A LOT in BfA.
Galakrond, yes please! :DPerheaps he could work with the old gods...Old Godslakrond..?
What about Murazond tearing open a connection to Alt Draenor and starting the Light Invasion led by Yrel?
I'd like to see Chromatus. And possibly Murozond. Letting our fiveheaded boy out of prison could lead to all sorts of mischief.
With Blizzard's writing, I wouldn't even be surprised if they made Alexstrasza the eventual expansion big baddie. Turn the Life-Binder into the Death-Bringer, litterally the incarnation of death itself and she would have been the big baddie on the expansion cover art all along
Surprise, the big bad will be Stone Boi, who intends to use us to leverage 10000 years of back pay and restorarive mortar therapy out of Alexstrasza.
I've called it a couple of expansions ago, but I feel like they want to go with Chronormu having seen so many timelines mortals screwing up, including her own death, that it's a revenge driven Infinite invasion, overthrowing Murozond. Player base knows her, loves or hates her, but that controversy is enough to throw her under the bus. I would enjoy a well designed Infinite final boss. Calling the name: Nochmiror, with the i replacing the u for obvious reasons.Okay, I'm not entirely serious but I wouldn't be against it either :>
With the destruction of the helm of domination, the scourge could go berserk, and resurrect Galakrond in Northrend. That will happen almost unnoticed, because everyone looks what happens with the Jailer in SL.
Ion's history is a bit misleading here. He's making it sound like we found out Garrosh would be the big bad at some point *during* MoP. Garrosh was announced as the final boss of SoO in a press tour months before MoP even launched.
My bet is either old god or Chromatus. Titan facilities are usually built on top of their prisons. We have seen old gods in those prisons...but I would not be surprised that Chromatus is being held captive under Tyrhold...
I can't see Nozdormu being the main villain, he doesn't have the powers he once did even as Murozond and even when he did he was no match for Galakrond, it took all of them to beat it. Galakrond or Chromatus would make better choices for a final expansion boss, both of them required all of the fully powered aspects to defeat,.
its a dragon expansion, I think we have to have a dragon endbossresurrect Galakdrond, give Murozond, doesnt matter, but let it be a huge dragon this time
I wonder something about this big bad one, if Murozond is supposed to be a potential big bad, possibilites with time and other big bad would be infinites (no puns intended here). I mean it could break and remove major events, so the death of other big baddies.Other possibility linked to gameplay reasons, we are having seasons putting on old content during MM+ seasons starting from 9.2.5. Is it a a wink to the time possibility, and so a clue about the big bad ?
