I hope they fix the bugs. I had to abandon the quest in Auchindoun and now cannot even redo it. I've tried retracing my steps too.
I absolutely loved the questline! As a long-time Draenei main, it really hit the nail on the head for what I feel a heritage questline should be. It felt like the Orc questline, with the idea of restarting a traditional holiday of sorts and uniting various "tribes" to attend it (ngl, seeing a rebuilt/in-progress Auchindoun that was populated by Draenei NPCs and our boi D'ore, Akama and the Ashtongue, and several Lost Ones really sold it for me). I tried to screenshot every named character from the final part in the Exodar, there were so many amazing surprises.-The Stillpine Furbolgs being invited was super cute and a great callback, especially after spending time in the Draenei leveling zones-The catty "definitely not a couple" Draenei/Blood Elf duo that complained to each other all WotLK hanging out together was peak comedy-Seeing the Man'ari that hung out in the Dalaran sewers during Legion (Vol'zun or something like that) hiding out in the back and learning that he doesn't consider himself one of the Penitent but acknowledges them-Speaking of the Penitent, seeing more of them besides Azraal at the event and getting to speak with those near them to find out how Draenei opinion is changing (albeit slowly)-The Draenei ambassador to Darnassus hanging out with the nelves from Azuremyst was so heartwarming, as she hadn't been seen since the burning of Teldrassil so her fate was unknown up until now-I think I counted 5 separate Draenei death knights, including 2 who were in prayer alongside High Priestess Ishanah-Getting to see the named Lightforged from Legion hanging out casually was great, as well as hearing how many of them don't want to fight anymore and just want to merge back in with regular Draenei society-Also, finally getting confirmation that the Rangari existed in our timeline and seeing our world's version of Naielle (and the regret she harbors for not detecting the Horde's movements back in the day sooner)My only real question after it is if this "New Shattrath" is being built on Azeroth around the Exodar or if it is just a rebuilt current Shattrath. It really wasn't quite clear to me where this new capital would be built. I also had concerns about the Draenor/Outland stuff, as I thought all previous lore was that Outland was slowly falling apart and would Soon(TM) be gone. If Outland is falling apart, I would assume the Draenei would be focusing on rebuilding everything on Azeroth (including a "New Auchindoun"). However, the Draenei are acting like they could just move back to Outland without any worries. Besides that question, though, everything about this questline was perfect for me. Even the crappy "gather 8 bones from a tiny amount of slow respawning NPCs", because General chat in Bloodmyst was a blast when I did it. And, even though I'm apparently in the minority, I actually like the armor's design. All in all, one of my favorite heritage questlines <3.P.S. Velen's memory stone is totally about Kil'Jaeden and it made me so sad to realize how much Velen must miss his former best friend, despite everything that happened.
The Broken are awesome and should be a playable race option.
The "brick" color items from this months Trading Post go well with the red set here, if you want to mix and match a bit.I agree this helm is super bad, big miss there.
One year ago as of yesterday, my son was sick over the weekend. On Sunday, he asked me for a doctor's appointment, and I told him that I couldn't call to make an appointment on a Sunday but if he was still feeling sick on Monday, I'd take him to the clinic. He didn't make it.I chose to inscribe the stone at the end of the questline based on that.
I wish we could have Broken as well. I miss my Ashtongue friends. Except for TBC and Legion. I don't think theres much reason for Broken just yet. But maybe in the future...
This was one of the best questlines in recent memory. As a huge draenei fan, it was just a really heartwarming story and so cool to see all the NPCs from over the years. Oh, and I had Uuna with me the whole time. At the end, I actually thought hard about what to put on "my" memory stone. Also, the armor looks way better in game with the glowing bits!
i main a draenai, i have no desire to do this quest because this set looks so ugly.
This quest chain was one of the best I've seen in awhile. I've played a draenei forever, and to see all of the characters from Shat, Draenor, and Legion come together was so cool. I like how the end wrapped up like Bloodmyst, with a party for all of the characters we've traveled with (the furbolg would have been a nice touch, but maybe I missed them!). The only thing I didn't like was Hatuun; he's just too much. However, they did an excellent job with Arzaal (and everyone else). Also, I REALLY want a little warpstalker to wear on my shoulder!I think the set improves with a hidden helmet and different pants. Not a huge deal, and I love the hearthstone.
Sorry, but didn't Velen die like 10 years ago?
I have to say i loved the questline - but the gear did leave me wanting.I was hoping to get the shiny gear we see in the TBC trailer, feels like that is the iconic gear for Draenei.10/10 anyway because it was a pleasure to do the questline (minus the %^&*ty respawnrate of mobs)
It's a bit weird that I did this as a Man'ari Eredar Shaman.
Whhat's a Tishamat?
