0100 to 0700 Wed morning. Works for me . That gives them all day to sort it and hopefully get addons updated before I get home from work. Good to be an Aussie.
Hopefully the ice stone doesn't start melting again.
It's weird to see BfA go away. Even if I deeply hated this expansion I still made some fun memories, at least I won't be seeing corruptions anymore.
There maintenance windows like that don't usually actually take that long...
Here's an idea for Blizz...when you know you have a huge workload like the implementation at say midnight server, so there's less hours where a lot of players are on taken up by the maintenance. It would be kind of similar to when highway repairers work on the roads at night, so in the day...when traffic is high...there's less down-time. Everyone interested should petition Blizzivision (Or Activizzard, you pick.) to do this.
Can someone covert to eastern time?
Can't wait for the game to come up after this long maintenance and still have tons of things be bugged or outright broken. Par for the course for Blizzard these days.
Actually it will be 9am East Coast Aust as it will be 8:30am Central time.
Lets hope their are no hiccups along the way and maintenance gets extended.
It SAYS 7 to 3, but it could mean anything. It could be... 7 to 2:30, followed by emergency maintenance on Wednesday and Thursday...
Back in my day, we had 8+ hours of maintenance every week, and we had to walk uphill in the snow, both ways to get on our commadore 64 to play with 2 fps, and liked it.
If this makes the Pre-patch Launch smooth and without any major Problems (looking at you Naxx Pre-Patch) I am happy to wait.
This doesn't surprise me at all. The question is will they actually get it done in that timeframe or will they get it done in 6 hours or will it be a nightmare for a couple of days. We will find out tomorrow on As The Wow Turns.
More time to play the Overwatch Halloween event. :)
Well BFA was fun....
