Glad I knocked all this stuff off when it only dropped me 350ish gear. sigh.
I'm glad they've got a higher ilevel from outdoor stuff now. It'll be outstripped by any dedicated raiding/Mythic players soon enough, but it functions as a good way to slide on into those pieces of content down the road for outdoor players, instead of them having to start from the very scratch if they want to move into it.
Regular rares do not drop above 372. Lots of misinformation here.Special "super" rares are the ones who seem to drop above 372. There's 10 which are known right now. The four rares in Brackenhide Hollow, most of the rares at the Obsidian Citadel and the Ancient Protector in Tyrhold. They seem to reset daily.
I'm loving so bad the possibility of gearing without worrying with m+ or raids. I expect this to change, of course, but having harder group content being simply another option of something to do for people that enjoy it (as I believe it should be), feels very punishing to players that like to keep to themselves. Tjat said, I do understand the frustration of some people when they see casuals as me getting high ilvl gear without going through the difficult content they go to conquer their position, but the thing is, they wouldn't do so if they dodn't enjoy it. I get that the feeling of progression through high effort is highly rewarding but some of us just doesn't have the condition (whatever that condition may be) to do so, and for @#$% sake, that doesn't make us less deserving of having fun doing something we're paying for. And before anyone says "go for singleplayer games", the biggest problem, and I'd really like to say that to a lot of people, is that an end basically never really comes for your cac in a game like wow. I've been wandering Azeroth for almost 15 years and the world just keeps going, but after a bit more than a thousand hours I finished my highly modded skyrim, like, finish finish. That's what me and, I belive, many other players look for in mmo's, the sense of a living world where we make a real great difference.TL;DR: just ignore my ranting, it's ok
Can you DO the weeklies at a lower ilvl and then open the bags like, next week after you've exhausted all other gearing options and gotten as high as you can on ilvl? I have some sitting in my bag right now and they don't show unique but unsure if they will open at the level I DID the content at or the level I am when I OPEN the bags.
-Regular rares do not reset their lockouts daily, only rare elites do.
