Ugh.. We hate player choices.
I have been mostly a Blood Elf player and, at this time, all I want to say is: "For the Horde but not for Sylv" and "For Saurfang and Thrall." For those Sylv's fan bois, please hate me as much as you can.
Baine MUST be executed by Sylvanas for his treason! This PC touchy -feely safe space stuff is stupid. Sylvanas rules and always has! I won't help Baine escape justice for his sedition and treason! Baine is the crooked lying schiff of WoW!
From Alliance Player:I will fight until the Horde and Alliance can walk together as one, I will fight for the Peace in Azeroth.Durak, when the time comes you will be the TRUE Horde Warchief, and together with Anduin, in both hands lays the destiny to bring the peace in Azeroth.Sorry for my terrible english grammar.
Oh hey would you look at that. We must forgive and forget and work together to focus on a common enemy.Who would have expected THAT masterful twist?
Is anyone able to do the war campaign on the PTR yet? It does not give my copied character credit for the completion of the 8.1.5 campaign.
Don't call one line of dialog player choice. They are forcing horde players to kill our own loyalists. Nobody should defend this garbage.
Why do the Horde and Alliance band together? For the Horde, being defeated by Aszhara is no different from being defeated by the Alliance. The same should be true for the Alliance. If both factions separately attack Aszhara, equilibrium could be formed. It would result in a more defensive war as striking out would open you to be attacked by the third faction.
Has no one ever tried TALKING to Sylvanas? Maybe straight up telling her their misgivings instead of betraying her trust because of random feelings? For God's sake, Saurfang, Baine, and now Lor'themar all consider betrayal before actually simply just TALKING with their Warchief. It's &*!@ing unbelievable for such high ranking leaders to be THAT bad with BASIC politics. I am actually glad, however, that Jaina seems to be feeling a little guilt over Dazar'alor and thus the Purge of Dalaran. I don't want to side with her to kill even more Sunreavers, but maybe it's gotten through her thick skull finally that, surprise surprise, civilians and innocents exist both under blue and red banners. It's THAT kind of humanity (for lack of a better word), empathy, and understanding that would've prevented Sylvanas feeling the need to escalate (and/or truly start, depending on perspective) the war from Stormheim. Maybe she's finally learned that if you treat the Horde like monsters, they act like monsters, and if you treat them like people they act like people. Shame so many people had to die and suffer to impart such a simple lesson. On a lighter note, I could see a way this could end... well, I guess? Majority of Horde leaders all together go to Sylvanas for an audience with her, they bring the Alliance leadership, Alliance leadership apologize to Lor'themar, Baine, Talanji, etc. for their actions against the Horde and call off the fight, then the Horde leaders turn to Sylvanas and demand an end to the war, and possibly of her being Warchief. Then you hope that Sylvanas reacts logically and the factions unite to take down N'Zoth and then the Void Lords.
I really hate that the player choice comes in the form of snitching, instead of actively participating in the opposing side's narrative.
