Can't wait to earn that healer title.
That tank title is mine, for Druid, Pally, and DK
I understand that Gems are not scaled down. How about enchants?Cheers.
With "The Proven Damage Dealer" they've actually managed to come up with a worse title than Jenkins. I'm impressed, sort of. Did they have a No Imagination Day at Blizzard when they came up with these?
Gems and enchants won't be scaling down, so having gear with sockets is still a bit of an advantage. You can also get a little bit of mileage from getting the new Tier 16 trinkets, as they have unique procs that will still probably be useful even scaled down to ilvl 463.However, the legendary meta gem and set bonuses won't be active.
I think they need to tone either tone down the mobs in the healer endless mode, or buff the dps and tank. The dps aren't killing the mobs fast enough before the next wave, and the tank didn't taunt fast enough so i got two shot :T
Speaking of gems, have there been any epic gems/cuts datamined? I don't remember seeing them in any builds yet. Really hoping they don't return to the Cata model...
There were some epic gems datamined back in MoP's beta, but nothing new since then.
at what level can you use the proving grounds? This would be an ideal way to learn a new character, or help you through a leveling slump by changing specs. It seems kind of a waste to only make this available for lvl 90 chars, by making you level a character before you can learn how to play it seems counterintuitive.
At last I can finally learn how to heal without getting yelled at, and letting the whole group down. good job Blizz

One thing funny.. I heard a dev say this about 6 months ago. When asked about ´so we can throw away our sha-infused weapons now´.. the dev said ´oh, I would hold onto them if I were you´.if gems don´t scale down, then using your sha weapon with the 500 stat gem will be a nice little advantage.
For the DPS challenge (or at least the DPS "Training" portion), then should offer;1. An NPC Tank that holds the enemy.2. A Zero-Melee-Damage shield in the enemy's frontal cone; forcing the "Training DPS" to attack from behind.3. Ground damages and dodge-worthy rear attacks that deal massive damage if not avoided. This would truly "Train" new DPS, and hopefully weed out a percentage of the derps you find in P.U.G.s.
Will it be possible, to choose tank challenge as a lock? :D
Gear scales down to 463? And what about fresh nineties still below 463? If I wanted to learn how to heal, I have to wipe a few heroic groups before I've got gear good enough to use for training? That seems silly.
Can't wait for this! It looks a like a lot of fun. Hoping it does well and Blizz adds in versions for each level bracket/one that completely scales no matter the level, because while training at end level is nice, training to start out would be better, imo.
