oof that sux :S
I get that consoleport is great and stuff but is statement
Druids with tears will come here soon.
Indirectly, yes.https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/t/guide-to-the-new-gamepadcontroller-support-in-901/683913 or https://tbc.cuckhead.com/news/in-game-preview-of-gamepad-support-for-shadowlands-313637EDIT: Unless the person creating the addon has proof of the "OK" by Blizzard, it's indirectly supported and OK'd by Blizzard via these links.
I'm from EU and have been banned as well. The thing is I use neither Imorph nor ConsolePort. Already submitted an appeal.
makes sense since by use of those there are ways boosters can play players accs from afar. in a sorta same way as phone calling ur car keys to unloc kthe car in a different location via phone but what about those who are innocent
I think Blizzard tends to forget that this is a videogame and the players are actually the ones who should be running it. "against TOS" is used so many times in their reports, they clearly take it too seriously. Why would iMorph be against the TOS?
i miss transmog.... imorph made it possible again!
I got my ban reversed 2niteIts not that i dont want to use the built in supportI just perfer consoleport as its less hassle
Can someone tldr what imorph does? Is it texture replacement or image recognition or what is that?
yeah, this bans are so needed.. dont ban the 100 of 1000 gildless rogues farming brd every night, rather baning this 0,1 % of playerbase
I warned this would happen, I said Blizzard need to tell us what they are looking for rather than "We are updating our ToS against multiboxers" and leaving us in the dark they should have listed what they are looking for so players who are using software or addons for legit reasons can find alternate reasons. We knew this was coming, Blizzard saying they are cracking down but will inevitably ban innocent players. How about now Blizzard, care to tell us if anything else is going to get us banned so your actual legit playing base can make changes required to allow them to continue playing? And than maybe you can get some GM's to do the job needed to head around to all the botting areas and just ban them on the spot. Enough of this idea that technology can replace humans, it can't always do that and in the end sometimes may cost you more to fix the issue than it does to save money.
Got banned myself despite not having either addon. I do regularly have two game clients open, but the second account is a trial character (0 game time) that I keep in Ironforge to spy on Ally competitors. Took the weekend to have the ban appealed and am back in the game now. Real weird situation
wasnt it datamined a year ago in the shadowlands beta that it would have native controller support, which made people speculate wow is coming for consoles?
