WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTT 12PM! Yo What is going on!
Blizzard should have done everything required to enable the trading post in the weekly maintenance yesterday, if not when 10.0.5 actually launched the week before. Today's long maintenance should have been unnecessary.
Some of y'all are never happy. They tried something new. It didn't work. When they don't do anything, you complain they don't do anything.
Blizzard's maintenance is definitely getting out of hand. If compared to other entertainment services, such as internet, cable, or a steaming service. Any down time can be irritating, but several days in a row for 5+ hours is excessive. Possibly a 3rd day of maintenance based on the blue post "At this time, we expect to keep the Trading Post disabled until we deploy fixes overnight tonight. Those fixes will come during a scheduled maintenance period, which we will announce via Breaking News." Of course it's not the end of the world, and can use this time to enjoy other things in life. But it is reasonable to get frustrated over the unusual 5-8 hour maintenance windows.
Honestly this is getting annoying. at least refund game time for this maintenance you keep having to do. I've been playing this game for so long and have never had so many issues with you guys being down for maintenance. get your stuff together.
I've played Lost Ark for some months and every day that we lost with maintenances it's refunded with 1 day of the "VIP" buffs that you pay for... blizzard really need to start refunds every single hour on our sub with these extended maintenances.
Why are there people surprised the servers are down longer than normal today? Did you just start playing today? Couldn't of been last week when it was down and people couldn't log in until well past 5pm PST late for their own raids and such right?I would be surprised if the servers are up and working just fine at 5pm PST today.
Wow, it's Tuesday again already ? Time flies when you're having fun.
This has to be related to the Trading Post, which I personally believe was the cause of the extended maintenance last week as well
Stuff will break and not work properly (with good planning/execution or bad). I do agree that as many folks have said, crediting us a day or two game time as a mea culpa for the rushed release of content and inability to respond to bug reports made from beta users before releasing is what should happen. Obviously they haven't done that in many years but this warrants it and supposedly it's a new world order at blizz HQ, show us that by actually owning these mistakes and compensating the user base. Seems like the logical and decent thing to do.
