Well you need to give it at least a couple seconds to enter your body
Good thing I'm a warrior :D
Looks like some kind of arena healers nerf.
Lets go farm some Darkmoon Fish!
what a stupid change. currently they are so many stupid changes to make the game bothersome and not fun.Announcement after announcement, I can only shake my head
lol it doesn't take a genius to know this change is aimed specifically at Arena pvp.
Hell yeah I'm sure lots of research was put into 'time drinking' metrics. More time drinking = more time subscribed.
Don't forget, you can drink water while using a Sugar-Crusted Fish Feast, so even if they did nerf the feast, it would still be useful for supercharging your mana regen - there's no opportunity cost.
>> Mage Food is very slow and will take 18 seconds to cap out your mana bar.Feels like a slam on healers in M+ to me... and the question is: why is it fun to have downtime between pulls just for mana? That's not fun.I think they should go the other way - out of combat peoples mana bars instantly recharge in like 5 seconds. No drinking required. It's just not a mechanic that is worth it.
pog
This is so stupid. Changing the way mana regen works to shake up the meta? Is that what we needed? Caster nerfs?
Why is it even like this?
So the time to 100% mana is a one second shorter on PTR than on live. This means the most efficient way to is to drink for the full duration. Makes sense, I like this change.
mythic+ seasion one is fine you mostly wont drink because of the mana buff you get after killing this red seasion affix thing ,i also think drinking in arena should not be allowed
I think this is a great idea that needs to be developed more. In raid fights, managing your mana is a pretty big element of playing a healer (or an Arcane Mage I guess). That element is kind of absent from M+ since you exit combat frequently and can find small windows to regain your mana incrementally. What I'd like to see is the Feast nerfed to something like 8% and regular food accelerate faster. Just to bridge the gap between the two, while keeping some of the advantages of the Feast (like it being a feast that can quickly heal your entire group) and still bridging the disparity between the two.
So...is the lemon herb filet also working as intended, like the sugar-crusted feast is? Just, you know, for science... <.<
So tell me again why we needed this change. What does this even add to the game? It's hard enough already getting a couple sips of water for some mana in m+. Now those first few precious sips are basically worthless between pulls.
