Got this at 603 from an 8 delve, stats are 2579 agi, and 1344 to all secondary stats for 30 seconds, with a weakaura to announce when duration is sub 5s I think it'd be mostly safe to use.

The stun at the end is a dispellable poison effect, so it is not as punishing in coordinated group content as it seems.

Be aware that the buff can not be cancelled except by using the trinket again which doesn't work during cast time.

After some testing, it seems this trinket does not share CD with other on-use trinkets, and can therefore be used together with another on-use trinket for big burst potential!

If you don't want to fall out of the sky on your flying mount and die, make sure you cancel the effect before mounting up!

You can get a weak aura from wago io that pops a small icon at the last 5 seconds of the buff so that you can click your trinket again and not get stunned.

For enhancement shaman
I have it in a macro along another trinket (this Kiss of Death can be used along another on-use trinket as mentioned already) , Berserking (if you are a troll or any race that has a good dps buff as racial) and with Primordial Wave. As Primordial wave will create a series of lightning bolts having a trinket buffing it seems a good combination and because the trinket has 5x 30seconds cd makes senseas it wil lsync eventualyl with it again (which cant be done with ascendance :( )

Berserking, Quickwick Candlestick?class=7&spec=263 603ilvl and Kiss of death 610ilvl gives a boost of 24% haste! (on my gear a total 39% haste!) for few seconds which is amazing! for now :)

Of note, the weakaura doesn't always give you a warning that you need to take the antidote. This is because there are occasions when the trinket doesn't stun or kill you (maybe a bug?) so the antidote isn't required. I haven't done full testing, but I'd guess around 25% of the time the stun/death effect doesn't happen and no antidote is needed.

edit: After the hotfix the following is not needed any more. I'll leave it here as reference.

If you want to use this trinket togeter with some CD ability and prevent cancelling it accidentally by spamming the button then you can use a macro like this:
#showtooltip
/cast cooldown_ability
/castsequence reset=30 13, cooldown_ability, cooldown_ability, cooldown_ability, cooldown_ability
Replace "cooldown_ability" with your CD.
Replace "13" with "14" if the trinket is in your second trinket slot.

Note that this will only prevent cancelling for the number of times you write your cooldown_ability in the last line. So if you press the button really often, then you also have to write your cooldown_ability really often.

Use a second macro "/cast 13" (or "/cast 14") to actually cancel the buff later.

If you not use antidote you will get a stun. That's clear. With holy priest, the spell Guardian Spirit should be castable while this stun effect is active. As tooltip says: Castable while stunned. Is it a bug or just one of the don't care things from the side of developers. ? :)

Think this got stealth hotfixed/nerfed today. Now seems to trigger the cooldown with other on use trinkets, and now requires a jump to administer the debuff, instead of using it again.

This trinket now appears to have changed on live, though I haven't seen anything in patch notes.

The tooltip now reads:

"Jump to administer yourself the antidote to end the effect."

None of the other text appears to have changed.

This change also means that the cooldown on the trinket begins immediately, rather than when you administer the antidote, which theoretically shaves 30 seconds off the downtime.
The downside is that if you need to jump for any other reason, such as a mechanic, you will lose the buff prematurely.

Some how its changed to jump to end the effect now , its %^&*ing dead . imagine u want to jump to get thro somethin in dungeon's boss fight in cds and it get canceled .

The latest change starts the CD immediately instead of after the second time you use it because before it wasn't incurring the 20s cd on your other on-use trinket, so you could line up a huge boost, and Blizzard detected fun, so of course, they nerfed it.

Now you have to jump to clear the poison, which means if you're using it on a boss fight that requires jumping, you're SoL.

If you came here looking as to why clicking this trinket suddenly bugging by going on cooldown and you can't pop the antidote on the second click. They changed it so now you jump to remove the buff.

The tooltip now reads:

Use: Drink from the vial and let the toxins course through your veins increasing all secondary stats by 106 for 30 sec.

Jump to administer yourself the antidote to end the effect.

If the Antidote is not administered before the end of the effect you will be stunned for 5 sec. (2 Min, 30 Sec Cooldown)
