Most of the times you can collect then in 1 run, but Delve have multiple stories
Some chests need different storylines to be seen, so if you don't see the chest, you will have to try once more in another run/story

This place probably will be available with the start of Season 1. I am lvl 80 and have okay gear. I have completed at least one tier of every other delve. And still I cannot seem to be able to enter.

Currently, there are two tiers to select from, ? and two ?s.

Two ?s is grayed out for me and states that you must have completed a Tier 10 with revives remaining.

I entered on ?, which lists difficulty at 600+ iLvL, roughly Tier 8 level. After entering, there's some roleplay, and you go in the boss room with Zekvir. He's a level 82 with 89,882k HP.

He has a few AoE abilities, including Claw Smash, a high-damage cone attack, Horrendous Roar which is an AoE circle around him that damages and fears, and an interruptable cast of Enfeebling Spittle, which is a dot that slows as well. Plus, he will use Summon Web Terror, which creates a cocoon that summons an add if it is not killed first. The add will stun or immobilize you if it spawns.

Overall, a little rough for me at 593, so I called it quits after figuring him out. I'll see him later once I'm raid geared.

As blood dk, i just survive and wait Bran kill the boss, its fully RNG Based atm

My tips.

Try to hit egg as fast as you can, so bran can MAYBE Kil the egg
If bran luckly kill the egg, you are fine, focus on interupt.
If bran dnst kill the egg, you need to use all your cds and pray to bran kill the egg (You need to interupt the add, if you dont its insta kill, my goal was to interupt the add aways, using AMS to dispel the DOT, and iron dwarf passive also to dispel)
Once you hit the p2, its easier, the boss will pass more time casting random spells and hitting you less, try to have a cd when they come to hit kill.
Try to save the Deaths Advanced to run away from the Fear.
and prey for RNGJESUS.

If you got a good RNG, you gonna have your Void Delve Dirigle at end

i'm confused though, didn't blizzard say on their season 1 site that you can beat him at tier 5 to gain various seasonal rewards.

no mention of having to unlock the encounter until tier 7, or having to face him at tier 7 or tier 10.

Don't be mistaken with the cords.
When you aren't in the ''City of Threads'', the cord will be 33.07, 76.83 (Azj-Kahet map)
but inside the little town in the south , the cords will now be 9.92 33.77(City of Threads map) .

This just got updated last night. Or at least Brann did. And it's ridiculously hard to beat him.

From my experience its easier to solo him. Tank spec can't beat him. Have to save at least one cd for each egg.

Was able to do it as fury warrior i593 but it took like 20 tries.

Edit: Also you get basically nothing for doing it save the achievement.

Druid Specific:
Was getting unlucky with Brann Execute procs and tried something different and it ended up working well: focus the egg but don't worry about burning it down. As druids we can shapeshift out of the Spittle so we only need to worry about interrupting the Web Spray and the spider will die before the next one is spawned. Just like the Mage tower boss take your time, slow is fast and fast is slow. Prioritize getting Regrowth healing in with every Predatory Swiftness proc over Bloodtalons efficiency. Get a hardcast regrowth out when he casts Spittle and then wait for Brann to either interrupt the cast or for the debuff to land before going back to cat form.

General:
I would guess it's too hard for classes that cannot heal to do this at this item level as I had 41m healing done at the end of a 3:45m fight. It can be terrifying in melee when the bastard can randomly white crit on leather for 1.5m but it's best to stay in melee range and just push through if you cannot outrange his Claw Smash. When he spawns the egg he'll cast both a Horrendous Roar and a bunch of Claw Smashes, it's possible to bait the horrendous roar out to range so that you can continue to beat on the egg and it's also possible to bait the Claw Smashes to one side of the egg so that you just have to move to the other side of the egg to avoid it (one edge of the cone lines up halfway through the egg). If you tank him in the center of the room you can see where the egg is flying through the air when he casts Call Web Terror and pull him away from it's going to land. If you have a movement ability to get to the egg he'll take a fair bit of time to run over because he's got to cast Roar and Smash as he moves and the egg will be far enough away that you can beat on it for a bit without worry. Don't forget Healing Potions and Weavercloth Bandages. I'm unable to confirm if the following works but Hunters with , DH with , Paladins , gnomes Escape Artist, and Warlocks with should be able to dispel the Spittle debuff instead of worrying about interrupting it or hoping Brann does.

Completed this today on ? difficulty with a group of five: a Demon Hunter tank, two Elemental Shamans, a Windwalker Monk, and myself as an Augmentation Evoker. I can't recall the exact number of attempts, but for our team, it came down to timing boss interrupts while also dodging his frontal stun, spikes and the AoE fear, managing adds with crowd control, and a bit of luck. In the end, we were able to bring it down.

Soloed today just before maintenance on prot pally 602 ilevel, more ST focused build. Fairly easy fight tbh, just need to focus down the eggs (wiped once cause add spawned and i was too far to get the kick on him, stunned in circle/frontal = dead). Not sure how it would go with a full group, but i think as a tank it's fairly trivial especially if you have heroic raid gear.

I did Zekvir yesterday on level 4 delve on UDK. AT the end he said hmm I'll have to come back later. IDK, i didn't die though and got the chest.

Blasted Zekvir full CD, plus the first egg while still under the effects of Shadow Blades
After that, vanish to get back symbols and shadow dance, and blasted rekvir again
2nd egg, vanish again, blasted the egg with symbols and shadow dance

For the rest of the fight, I let brann do damage on zekvir for the most part while I waited for CDs to kill the eggs.
When zekvir was at 25% ish, I got every CD back, poped them all at once at killed him

Not too hard, but it was fun

I have to mention that brann got killet twice in the fight, so keep your evasion and cloak when you got the aggro. And don't forget to reapply tricks on brann when he's up again.

Totally undoable for guardian druid 602ilvl (+20 M+ exp), versatility flask and food, have no dps to kill eggs or adds, a second add spawns and I'm still killing the first one

Killed Zaq'weir solo with my Demon Warlock, item level 599. Here's a tip that helped me: make Zaq'weir enter the hallway where we usually enter his room and let the demon and the boss fight there. This way, he won't cleave you, and when he casts the egg, it will land at his feet. You should have enough time to destroy the egg before it hatches

On farm with a 610 Warlock.

Queen's Mandate almost one shots the first egg. Healer spec bran is needed. Amorphous is recommended due to movement speed buff.
Brann will cleanse first poison slow. Use your Circle to cleanse others. Stack healing pots he tosses out. Make sure mandate kills the first cocoon so it has a 1 min cd, this will let it take out 3rd cocoon. Save some burst for each egg, keep 2 - 3 shard so you can dot/rot/rupture or otherwise burst 2nd cocoon.

When you have everything down its not such a bad fight. ? will still wreck. Works for Nemesis achievement on ?.

Some tips for killing it:
* Before the fight, use burning rush to get your HP down so Brann will spawn a camp fire. This stacks with your normal food buff.
* Use demonic circle to clear the slow dot when it's up; otherwise keep demonic portal ready to escape fears and other mechanics you can't avoid in time (have a macro that binds soulburn to all the things that soulburn can improve, it makes your gateway instant cast)
* Run mortal coil for an emergency heal or interrupt
* Keep felhunter interrupts for eggs if you can't reliably kill the egg in time
* Get a weakaura to manage Brann's heals to keep it rolling as much as possible. The boss doesn't exactly hit hard, but there's not a lot of wiggle room for mistakes on mechanics and it's good to have it going if you mess up.

It's definitely doable. Excited for tier 2 when I get another 15 ilvls or so :)

Highly recommend Radiant Glory talent for Ret Paladins. Hold Wake of Ashes for cocoon spawn, the CD will line up with them and will make getting them down easy every time.

602 MM hunter with wolf pet. Brann lvl 29, used rank 4 Combat Curio/Utility Curio.

Never ended up using heroism, was waiting for a moment that I'd need it and found that as long as I keep my pet alive w/heals and potions and interrupt/avoid damage, I didn't need hero. Didn't really need CDs for the eggs either but it helps to save it I guess.

Hoping to help some fellow priests!

Some hotfix nerfs have made this easier now. The group scaling is too much, so it's better to run this solo. I treated it less of a sprint on the boss and more of a marathon to whittle him down. It's more about making sure the eggs never hatch, so save your bursts for that.

Brann: Level 34, Healer, Unbreakable Idol (4/4), Amorphous Relic (1/4)
Important abilities are: Fade (removes the debuff on a short CD), Void Torrent, Will of the Forsaken (if you get caught in a fear)

1) Pull boss with Shadow Word: Pain and hug him at his feet so you can dodge all frontal cones. Let Brann pull aggro. Use mindflay and keep up Dot spam. Build up your insanity but don't burst him.

2) Use Fade anytime Enfeebling Spit lands on you successfully. Brann dispelled it off me a lot, but save it for this. If you get caught in the fear circle, use Will of the Forsaken (if undead).

3) Wait for egg to come out, all while hugging the boss. Once the egg comes out, use Void Torrent on it, Void Eruption, Shadow Word: Death spam. If the spider comes out, quickly interrupt it, then kill it.

4) Go back to slowly DPSing boss down and running circles around him. Try not to tank him near the walls, because he can trap you there with a fear circle followed by cleaves. Sometimes he'll swivel away from Brann and target you, so better to be safe than sorry.

That's it, that's the fight. Slow and steady, the eggs are the main focus, but you have to be careful not to get side-swiped by the two cones.

Finally got him down today as a 604 ret pally. My best suggestion is to stay out of his frontal cones, run out of his fears, interrupt the boss, and pay attention to where his web shoots for the adds. Save your burn em down cooldowns for the adds so you can kill them before they hatch. That way you don't have to deal with their stuns. I was using Brann as a healer with Idol of the Earthmother 1/4 and Time Lost Relic 4/4. Combat lasted 5min 26 seconds.

I wasn't able to enter this lair until I had completed a Tier 7 delve. Some have reported that they were not able to enter even after doing higher tier delves. Not sure what the reasoning for that would be but it may be possible that there is a questline prereq in order to access it as well.

I did this solo as a ret pally and will share some tips that helped me. This is just after the nerfs happened.
1. Don't interrupt the poison, clear it with Blessing of Freedom and focus on the carapace heal. The talent Unbound Freedom helps here too
2. Save your Execution Sentence and wake of ashes for the cocoon (it helps to have the talent Radiant Glory As well I was Herald of the Sun for my run to use the Eternal Flame Heal
3. Use Brann as a healer. We just take too much dmg atm to not use his medicine imho. I used Porcelain Arrowhead Idol and Amorphous Relic
4. Brann will die. Don't risk a hit, just get him when you can
5. Single target build pulled from Wowhead works fine :)
6. Try to bait the AoE frontals from Zekvir away from the cocoons so you have more uptime on them
7. RNG can be a factor so sometimes you will just get smashed, it happens, so keep at it! GL other pallies!

While T? got good nerfs and adjustments, T? feels still impossible to solo. My Ret (ilvl 613) gets smashed with a 3.5m crit, Brann not throwing out any pots or 10 at once while I need to run. Missing the interrupt bc you are running from stuff or focused on the add. Brann dying from random stuff while yelling at me to not stand in there. After hours of adjusting Brann, trying out different approaches I just can´t get him under 50%. Idk how people solo it this early into the season. Oh and don´t even bother going in with a group, the scaling is so out of touch - add has 8m hp solo, 100m hp with a group of 5 while Zekvir scales up to 800m hp.

was able to solo post-nerf (9/30) as a Balance druid, IL 609, with the following build:

Trick here is control. Use treants on CD to take the weight off. Do NOT burst (Convoke the Spirits or Celestial Alignment) on the boss alone -- Instead save these for the eggs. I was able to go the whole fight without any hatching, where failed previous attempts let the spiders out. If this does happen, silence them immediately to try to avoid the webbing, but with our single, long, cd for Solar Beam, the real focus is to not allow any eggs to hatch in the first place.

While there are no eggs, the idea is to stay near the boss to be able to more easily avoid the 2 cone attacks. During fear cast, I used Wild Charge to bounce out of range quickly to avoid getting caught in the fear.

Rinse and repeat. Just stay focused and watch for eggs, don't get caught in cones/ground effects and keep up DPS. I also tried to keep at least 1-2 stacks of Starfall up, rather than the usual dump of Starsurge, specifically to keep a little DPS on the boss when killing eggs.
