Avoid Harmonizing Instruments as they clear the stack of Unseeming Shift. Destroy the Extractors (or Storage) until the stack of Unseeming Shift debuff reaches 50. Then kill mobs to collect required stuff.

Also don't be an idiot like me. You can only see the mobs that drop the quest items when you have 50 stacks so don't click on a harmony node and erase your stacks until you have the 3 items!

1. Collect "Unseeming Shift" debuff by clicking on Extractors. Get up to 50 stacks of debuff (no expiry).
2. Go to the three locations in the map and kill Elite mobs to obtain Corrupted Heart, Sightless Eye, Root Sliver. These mobs are only visible with 50 stacks of debuff.
3. Do not click on the item "Harmonizing Instrument" as this clears your debuff.

You can't see your enemies in the marked locations until the stack reaches 50.

NOTE: Don't use Divine as a paladin which will remove stacks. :)

For Death Knights do not have the Hero Talent "Horsemen's Aid" equipped in the Rider of the Apocalypse Tree. The AMS the Horsemen give you remove the debuff.

NPC is missing, are there pre quests leading up to this? I have 4 parts of Sojourner that i just cannot see the NPCs

You need to be at least lvl 77 to loot the quest Item Tuning Crystal from harvest overseer and black blood harvester. Then do the quest chain Orweyna.
Collect Unseeming Shift debuff by clicking on Extractors. Get up to 50 stacks of debuff. Do not click on the item Harmonizing Instrument as this clears your debuff.

Discordant Measures

Acquire 50 stacks of Unseeming Shift and collect 3 samples from elite enemies lost in the Unseeming. In addition to destroying extractors, you can also acquire Unseeming Shift by standing in pools of Black Blood. However, be careful as you will gain stacks quickly by doing so.

Description
