Enter vehicle, jump down to ground level and look for allies with low health to serve tea to. For some inexplicable reason, which I found out by accident, the tea also works for grappling points and the piles of stone you kill to release souls. When you exit the vehicle you'll be back up top where you started.

Yooooo... so there's a 20 minute "this person has tea already" type debuff that makes targets unable to contribute to the advancement of this quest. And it lasts 20 minutes... and it's... if I'm interpreting this right... COMPETITIVE WITH OTHER PLAYERS? Like I'm seeing NPCs with this debuff... and I didn't put it there.

This SO has to get fixed. Between this and "gold is no object," the competitive clickable factor just reeks in 9.1!

This had better get hotfixed!

Talk to Tubbins to enter vehicle, then jump down and serve tea (action button 1) to any friendly NPC with a glowing outline. (Their health is also low, if you have friendly nameplates enabled.) I recommend enabling outlines in your graphics settings if you don't see the outlines, as not every NPC can be served tea. I've had to run a few rounds around the quest area when it was busy -- the respawn times aren't great.

When done, exit vehicle and turn in the quest under the stairs at /way 27.0 14.1

I was yelling at my screen, until I realized this quest is super easy, barely an inconvenience. Forget about giving tea to players and instead give tea to anyone with green letters above their head, there's like 6 dog creatures in front of the gate and you can give them tea too, they just can't be in combat and can't have the tea debuff, which means some other player already gave them tea. Also- when you are done with the quest, don't worry about running to turn it in, you can't turn in while you are in your altered form and as soon as you remove it, you instantly appear at top of gate, and THEN you can run to turn it in. edit- use the button that makes a big dust bomb if you get attacked, it makes mobs run away like if you turned invisible and mobs do little dmg anyway, I just waited till the dust bomb CD was up.

Could have been a decent quest if the game designers weren't so terrible...

Why make it so you can't give them tea in combat? then if someone does this quest right before you and everyone has tea, you're screwed.

Course they could also make it less than 15, but then that wouldn't fit in with this terrible xpacs motto (double everything).

Go to 30 17 Use Gigant to throw you on wall then speak with Prince Renathal and pick Up all 4 random Quests ( I had ):

1. Terrorizing the Tremaculum - Slay 30 mobs, do This quest with Quest 2.

2. A Tea for Every Occasion - First jump on Tubbins ( is on wall ) then use skill 1 to serve 15 tea to ally ( you need to mark ally to serve ). Do this Quest with Quest 1.

3. Wrath of the Party Herald - Jump On Temel then You will fly ( i was using only skill 1 drop on 50 enemy )

4. They Grow Up So Quickly - after kill mobs use Quest Item warm will eat bodys xD. I did not try but maby You can do this Quest with 1 &2 in same time. When You will get to 100% jump on Shadow and move to 25 17. You will return quest in this place to.

Quests 1-3 return under steps 27 13 ( why they hidding there O_o )

Next You need to Jump on General Draven. You will fly up.
Then You need to jump to all 4 mirrors and change light direction in each mirror.
When you get out from last one cinematic will start. That will finish Assault.

For Tea for the Troubled, you'll need to serve tea to 8 specific people as part of the 15 allies total. You will not be able to see them until you transform into the "vehicle" that is Tubbins (29.6, 17.6). These named characters are not up at the same time, so you'll probably need to look for them over multiple days. You can re-enter the Tubbins vehicle by talking to him again. Don't hand in the quest until you've finished, or you won't be able to get the achievement.

Location descriptions with coordinates:

Simone is to the north-west, standing near Prince Renathal and his quest turn-in point (26.7, 14.8)
Vulca is to the south-west, near Malevolent Stygia. She's under the bridge to Calcis, standing against a pillar on the ground floor. Look for the red candles on a rock pile (27.3, 20.1)
Laurent is to the north-east on the ground floor, between the Portal to Torghast platform and the wall (31.6, 14.2)
The Countess is to the west, to the left of Reldorn and the Chaotic Riftstone to the Crucible (24.8, 17.5)
Kael'thas Sunstrider is to the south-west, near Malevolent Stygia. He's standing under the bridge, to the right of the stairs. (27.1, 18.5)
Archivist Fane is to the north-west, up the stairs on the bridge to Calcis (26.6, 20.1)
Lost Sybille is to the south-east, by Drifting Sorrow (31.4, 20.5)
Iven is to the north-east, outside the wall. If you run up the tall outcropping of stone, Iven and Zena can be found dancing together at the top (32.7, 14.8)

Use these TomTom map coordinates before entering the Tubbins vehicle:

For some reason, you can serve tea to the Submissive Mawrats that you're meant to interact with for That's a Good Trick

Checked off 3 people for the achievment yesterday, but today I am unable to take Tubbins as a vehicle again.
Anybody got a work around?

Nevermind, I'm an idiot. I completed the quest objectives.

Iven was a little trickier found him next to the N.W. Wall on top of a slanted pillar at the top of the pillar dancing with Zena another tea toting toon can give tea to :) coor 33:15.

EDIT: Today (Sat 5 May), I found Simone, Kael'thas, Archivist Fane, and Laurent. See kashiichan's comment for locations.

EDIT 2: Apparently if you fulfill the quest criteria you can no longer talk to Tubbins to re-enter the "vehicle" to give tea. If this happens to you, simply abandon the quest and re-take it. You won't lose your progress towards the achievement. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you turn in the quest before you've gotten the achievement.

EDIT 3: Sun 6 May and Iven, The Countess, Kael'thas, and Fane are up.
