Respawn is kinda long, so just wait there if you cant see him.

To find quest mob Dregada you have to travel to 56.0 31.6 spot.
He's can be found on top of the temple, just follow the stairs upto the top.
There are few coltists around Dregada, they will be dead as you pull it.

Recommend NOT using Mind Control on the cultists - you get to keep one for a few seconds to fight Dregada but then when you lose control of the minion everything despawns and you have to wait for the quest mob to respawn x.x do not ask me why I did this

The first place I flew to was the top of the temple. After much running around up and down stairs, as well flying around, I remembered to come to WowHead. Geez, I should have come here first. Thanks to various comments, I discovered/remembered 'Dregada' may not have been there waiting for me to come get rid of her. Oh, I think it's a her. lol. Haven't paid attention to the storyline much. Thanks, to y'alls awesome comments I realized to follow the storylines, as well.

Good news, we found de source of de corruption.

De bad news, it is a ritual on de apex of Zanchul.

Blood magic wielding heretics are empowering some sort of dire troll up dere.

How it made it all de way to de apex without us catching it is something I am sure Raal and I will be arguing about for de next year.

Come, let us stop dis heresy.
